I have ordered mi a1 via flipkart on 7th of december
And received it on 8th of december

The phone was working perfectly
But recently i got an update
After installing the update my phone got bricked
And there is only bootloop

So i took it to service centre

But there they had refused for the warranty
Stating that the phone has been repaired in open market
But i have not done somthing like that
As the phone was under warranty so i took it to authorized service centre

They said that there is a kind of seal near the battery which is broken
How can i get solution for my device

When receiving i can check for external diffects
How can i recognise the internals

    Brightness of my phone (Redmi - redmi 3s) drops suddenly and suddenly gets higher without reason even the manual brightness is full. My 'auto brightness' option is also remains in off mode.
    When my phone's brightness gets dim, i could not able to see anything in phone, suddenly i get stuck. And i get normal brightness after 1-2 hr/1day (Sometimes).
    Earlier this problem occured sometime. But now this occures recently within 1-2 hr..
    I totally got bothered with this problem... Please fix this problem as soon as possible

      Dear mi team,

      Pfa for invoice copy and three service invoice.

      As per below details till date i have visited 3 time since i purchased it. Your service center (Madhuban electronics, 352, shopping center, kota (Rajasthan) where executive name : mr. Deepak and head mr. Gunjan gupta said that just drop it here. We will reset and issue will resolve. But, this activity already done by him. That time, issue resolve but again appear. Even in last visit they replace my motherboard as mention in invoice. But, still it is not resolve.

      Invoice no.[protected] date: 13 may 2017 (Mi note-4)
      1. First service record no. Wxin[protected] date 22-dec-17, reset done in it.
      2. Second service record no. Wxin[protected] date 30-dec-17, mainborad replace in it.
      3. Third service record no. Wxin[protected] date 09-mar-18, pending for reset only, clearly dines to replace handset.

      I paid rs 13000 to buy the same. Still, it is under warranty and i have visited 4 time service center with no final solution for the same.

      I appeal to you that either you replace it or i have to contact consumer court. Concern is that suppose i collect my handset from service center this time also. But, after warranty expire (May`18) if i face same issue then who will pay maintenance expense.

      Expecting permanent solution for the same.

      Today, again i have submitted my handset to same service center. As, Now, It is not charging and display issue. After investigate handset he said may be battery issue. I clearly told him I want replacement otherwise, I will collect and I am sure y`day they change my battery because earlier i faced only display issue today he said it is battery issue. I am looking for justice.

      Is there any body who can help me to solve the same.

        The product malfunctions itself.. While operating phone, the screen sensation will go numb and it will start suto typing or jumping from one function to another itself.

        I have taken to the mi service center twice, both the times, i was assured that product is ok now, but again it is misbehaving and it is very embarrasing that it types nonsense and auto-sends it when messengers are open and sensation goes numb.

          Y job sheet no is [protected], kindly update me on mobile or i will take action against your company and your service centre.

          New imei [protected] and old imei [protected].

          I had given my mobile in baner branch for last 20 days my mobile is not getting repaired nor i am not replacement i am chasing your baner branch for last 20 days nobody is giving me proper response, problem is in mobile is network issue and calls are getting droped.

          I am really frustrated and it is one of the wrost decision to buy mi mobile i would request that dont claim you are the no 1 brand,

          You are having the customer service and customer services is sending same mail thanks for contacting us your service centre doesn't respond nor the customer service toll free no.

          Service centre of mi is like a govt offices nobody is intereseted to solve customer service, in your service centre it is always panic situation.

            I had been using redmi note 3 mobile for the last 19 months ie; since august 2016.
            Last day[protected] without any reason while in my hands went for a blast with white fumes coming out from under the screen and with immense heat. I was compelled to put the phone down after which the phone burnt (13000 rupees) charring the whole device. Fortunately i could retrieve my sim card after pouring some water and curbing it from burning more.
            This deadly event occurred without any provocation and i am happy that it didn't happen when it is in my pocket.
            Hope you will view the complaint and take necessary procedures to satisfy the situation.
            My mobile phone resmi 5 a is allwasi complaint hung and not properlly working.plz replays this phone otherwise I will complaint the consumers Cort

              I am end user of your service since 5 years and i never ever faced any service related mi phone and services as well now i have bought redmi 4 on 16 oct 2017 but first time i am experiencing that phone getting heat and battery drained quickly, so i have visited your hcl service centre vadodara but they just format my phone and downgrade version and asked me that it is ok but still problem persist so where i can go and what rabbis service giving by vadodara service center people.

              I bought mi note 5 64 gb. Two days ago.. n recivied it yesterday through online via Flipkart.. whenk I start phone it's having two speakers bottom of d phone.. and only one speaker working.. y the second one is not working.. even this is a new phone and first time I started..
              I ordered MI Earphones noise cancellation 3.5 and I still didn't receive it and response of courier service is not at all good .

                Sir my phone redmi 4a grey 3gb+32gb rom imei1:[protected] imei2:[protected] having some network fault. Like the handset is unable to get 4g and 3g networks. So i have submitted my phone to the nearest service centre (Durga communication 48 mall road kingsway camp gtb ngr delhi-110009).. The working staff assured me that they will resolve the problem in 5 to 6 hours.. But till now they take 3 days and they are unable to resolve my problem and now they are not picking my phone and asking for more time. So please take an action against them.

                  I have bought mi note 4 on december 2017
                  After one month o[censored]se only i have started getting problem of battery drainage

                  The battery gets discharged very fast
                  Even though i have a nominal use, still its gets drained out faster than other mi note 4 phones

                  In my office my other colleague uses same phone but there battery give much more better performance than me

                  Some 15 days back i took the phone to service station for repair, they kept the phone and said they will rectify and give it in 2 hours time

                  On the same day i took the phone back from the authorized service center and getting the same problem again, its not at all solved

                  Again today i took the phone to the same authorized service center

                  They kept the phone for an hour or so and called me back to get back the phone saying that they dont have spare battery, they will contact back after 10 days

                  Also thy are saying that there is network fluctuation issue with the service provider hence they battery could dry out fast

                  They are completely confused and unnecessarily troubling me

                  My office is in prime location of pune city and there are no network fluctuation issue at all

                  This is a lame excuse you people are providing, i want an immediate solution of my problem without any delay and trouble

                  This mi note 4 has been your best selling product, how can you provide such pathetic service for this device in your authorized service center

                  I will take the matter to any level possible to get the problem solved asap

                    I have purchased MI Mix2 phone on january 23rd. It got delivered on 29th january. Suddenly i am observing a red color light inside the display at bottom left. When i took my phone to the service center. They are saying that there is no spares or service available for this pbone yet. So they would come back after contacting the company. I have called the customer care, and they are saying me to take the phone to service center so they will repair it. I want xiaomi to address the issue as early as possible. Please replace the phone as the phone is new and with in a month period as the repair will make the phone old.

                      I ordered a charger on your website. My order id is order id: [protected]. It was no where written that the cable will not be a part of the charger. Neither the product name or description says so.

                      If the product name should have written adapter, then we can think that the cable might not be there. But when you specify the word "charger", it should include both.

                      I have bought a redmi 4A smartphone from amazon which had shown complaint in the display after 5 months. I have got the display replaced from authorized service centre near to me. Again my display was gone blinking within 2 weeks of the repair and suddenly became blank. I have to get my phone repaired with 100% quality check or replaced.

                              First i had a battery with problems as it was old it was not keeping charge for a long time so i went to ascendas park square mall itpl whitefield to buy a new battery,, i went to mobikins shop, i bought a battery they said it's a very good battery,, (S/n:gybm[protected]) original battery, they costed me 1, 500 rupees. Finally the battery quality was not good it was the same like the previous battery. On the battery usually the date of manufature is written it was the same date as my old battery. No wonder the quality was so poor. Please give me justice. They even guranteed me.

                                Sir o have purches redmi note 4 mobile date 12/09/2018 regarding backup issue i visit to our latur mi service center he open the mobile and removed the battery and he told us scratches on battery so he not cover in warranty.
                                I observe battery black coating open to sticking point please find attached battery photo if he not cover in warranty pls clearfy the problem.
                                He said mobile repaired locally so why open the mobile why he not checked seal after opening we have whatever condition against declared of local repair please clear my issue

                                  As i bought mi a1 at jan 14.. At first the mobile was too good but after my oreo update i found worst about my phone it doesn't get any network.. Its just been a month tat even though i can't cover any replacement... I need a solution... I gave my phone at service centre they are saying tat it was a hardware issue even though its was not my mistake hw could they they refuse to make replacement for tat... It made me think tat mi is a worst product...

                                    I gave my phone in xiaomi service center on 14th feb 2018 about the headset jack complaint, and for this, they told me it takes around a week, and now they don't even respond properly and says it will come by tomorrow and day after tomorrow for the past 8 days and now its almost 14days since the day i gave my handset.
                                    So, please do file a complaint so that others could not face the same problem.

                                      On 26th february 2018 i had given my mobile for screen replacement. Model name was mi max 2 which was bought in august 2017. The screen was completely shattered, only left half of it was working. I got back my cell with display working, but now my volume button and power button is not working. Service center people are asking me to pay 600rs more for the repair. I have already paid 5420rs for the display. My mobile phone was fully functional, just that right half of it was not working. I had checked camera, speakers and hardware buttons before giving it to the service center. They are telling it was cut from inside before i gave them. But if it was spoilt before then it shouldn't have worked when i checked it.

                                      Since i had bought it during august, my mobile phone is still under warranty and they are not allowing me to repair the buttons under warranty. I feel they are doing this just for money. There might be many victims of this scam. Please look into the matter and help me solve this. This is the address of the service center.

                                      Suddenly display went black during call...phone was on as the lights for charging n botton lights can be seen...but display was black...i however managed to reboot and display appered again...what can be the cause and what shall I do about it...mobile was not hang that I am sure
