I purchase my mobile phone 18.10.2018 from anupam electronics in jogeshwari east my imei no: [protected] after 8 month my is autocratically s/w off i try to lot of time s/w on but my mobile phone is not working so i gone to mi service center at vile parle west many times an not solveing my problem and they giving me same problem in my phone and he is not giving proper answer If they are not solving my problem than they should replace my phone but they are not doing that. My redmi note 5 pro is damn new phone. Just one month old. It was actually working perfectly superb. Suddenly today morning the alarm dint work. The time is displayed but the phone dint ring or vibrate either. Please fix the issue.

I recently baught MI A2 from Amazon via flash sale.
The problem with the phone is... When I make the timelapse using this phone(preinstalled app), there is a glitch coming all over the video output, here is the screenshot of the Video attached with the complaint. Kindly go through it and respond for the same.
