Writing you this email with lot of desperation that the the Redmi power 9 which i bought through MI Store is repeatedly giving problem where it goes off completely after every repair. The root cause is still not clar fo the service center engineers as they blame that, the software upgrade on the device damages the hardware. The solution so far discovered is replacing the mother board. I have changed the mother board 3 times and the issue is still not resolved
This clearly points to the quality issue of the product
As the situation is really grave, i would request the intervention of senior folks from xiomi to give me a permanent solution to this problem. I have spent more than 7 full working days in last 2 months. Just to get the service done which hasnt solved the issue

I am an MI store platinum customer (MI ID: [protected]) and i do own many MI devices. Never had such a grave experience before from MI.
I am done with enough of repairing the device more than 3 times by now. I would request you to a resolution such that, please replace the product with any other model which you suggest, at free of cost.

Even i asked many shopkeepers they told that they got many same case like me
my phone worked almost good foe 6-7months then it frequently began to hange, even i dont do heavy work on my phone nor i play huge games
This is so unbelievel that Xioami is making product like this
Please either replace it or repair it
