    In continuation of my grievance related to recent poor service job done by Xiaomi, Chennai, India I'm drafting here to explain the hardship I went through and no resolution yet but harassment from backend team personals.

    [protected]: Submitted Redmi 9 Prime to Xiaomi Service Center, Chennai, India. As display is blacked out but phone was working fine, I could get calls, notification sounds, alarm rings etc. After 3 hours of wait they quoted display, back cover, camera lens cover need to be replaced. Though phone was under warranty due to minor physical damage warranty was voided by Service Center.

    [protected]: Delivered repaired Redmi 9 Prime. Fixed Display, back cover, Sim tray, Volume button but camera lens cover not available so delivered without it. Paid ~₹5, 500 and service center promised to call me once lens cover is received and fix the same.

    Note: Service center didn't pick the calls and called customer care to spoke to Mr. Sharath Kumar and got an update phone would be delivered within two weeks from the submission. Also, Service center went ahead and charged for Sim tray (~₹200) despite conveying that I had left it at my home.

    [protected]: Post service I noticed a small patch appearing in back camera photos. Plus Display has more yellow tint than the original version, which hurt my eyes. Also, noticed there was no lens cap over the flash/depth camera in the back panel. Called customer support, reached Sarath Kumar again. He took a complaint "customer not satisfied with service".

    [protected]: Service Center called me back post to complaint and explained the issues. Whatsapp-ed the images + issues. They have asked me to visit the center in-person

    [protected]: Delayed visit to Service Center as I wasn't keeping well. Explained the issues that I had whatsapp/conveyed already.

    [protected]: Service center try to clean the camera as asked (I thought patch could be due to dust). But didn't work. This time, after showing the old back cover, they removed the flash/depth camera lens cap from old one (via heating process) and fixed it in the new one. Regarding yellow tint they had no clue. They didn't even have knowledge on display calibration settings available in MIUI. They claimed the Display is original and the issue could be due to different vendors. Regarding back camera they argued the phone was given in dead condition (which isn't true). No answer from them when asked why didn't they check the camera app etc., instead, claimed camera need to be replaced and quoted additional ₹1200+

    7) 21st June week: reported/escalated to customer care, Guna Bharati, Yashwanth (senior support person); so far not much help. However, Yashwanth asked to create a new job order for the mentioned post repair issues; to resubmit the phone to Service Center so that he could help escalate to senior backend team, who supposed to have more authority and assured they would help resolve the issues.

    [protected]: Went to the Service center; explained the procedure told by Mr. Yashwanth and submitted my phone and raised a new job order as told. Service center assured they would do their best as well by emailing to appropriate persons and let me know.

    [protected]: Try to reach back Mr. Yashwanth, who asked me to get a new Job order so that he could help. But he was busy, I think
    Ajay, landing call center guy registered a new complaint (the one provided above).

    [protected]: Received a call back from, "so called senior backend team", one Mr.Ali. He didn't even bother to read through issues but simply extended the resolution date. Not at all helpful.

    [protected]: Try to reach back Yashwanth as Ali's response is disappointment. After repeated explanation to landing call staffs reached one Mr.Sreejith, supposed to be senior support supervisor. Explained again to him what I had gone through and how poor Ali's response was. He again told me he would mark it as high priority but nothing useful.

    [protected]: Drafted email to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com explaining the hardships faced.

    [protected]: Received call from, "again backend team", Mr. Vinod. I asked again to explain the issue and I got really disappointed. After heated conversation he simply disconnected the call abruptly stating he wouldn't transfer to his supervisor.

    Note: Ali has noted my preference time after 5 pm. Yet call came in at my peek working hour 2.30-3.00 PM.

    [protected]: Try to reach again to customer care to Yashwanth but routed to Mr.Shiva Kumar through Mr.Robinson (need to brief him the issue again). Again not much help and he asked for me to do a conference call with Xiaomi Chennai Service center. I did but they wouldn't pick-up as always. Upon my request Shiva Kumar had checked updated unavailability of his manager and promised to arrange a call back within one hour. Four hours past but not call from his manger.

    [protected]: Tried to call Chennai service center many times but they didn't pickup. Received automated response from Service.[protected]@xiaomi.com with links to fill-in details or use Mi app/website, which I had already tried it wouldn't go through and notified customer care staffs as well during my calls.

    Please let me know how do I proceed. Should I file a FIR on the basis of cheating from Xiaomi Service as they have took my money but didn't render proper service. The phone isn't usable as expected and not sure if the parts are original. Moreover no one is answering to my queries but routing me with different procedures. One and half month now and only painful calls and visits but no proper resolution.

        My device poco x3 pro is suddenly dead on 1 st july 2022 the device is in warranty period so I visited Xiaomi service center they said they are giving me a replacement of this phone with poco x4 pro and there is no further option than this, poco x3 pro is gaming phone with 865+ snapdragon and poco x4 pro have 695 snapdragon this is so unfair they have to give same phone in replacement or give my money back because it's not my fault every poco x3 pro user facing this problem after miui update we need solution.

          My phone started hanging up after i updated the MIUI 13 software 3 days ago.
          Today it has completely stopped working and not getting charged .
          I took it to MI service center in Margao, Goa. They have said that the mother board has gone bad.
          I have seen manu similar discussions on the net where people have complained a similar issue.

          Please help.
          I have also experienced the same issue.its their fault and they are also not responding.

              Hi my poco x2 bought from flipkart[protected] IMEI [protected] after an update my camera screen stopped working next day my phone stopped booting checked with service center they insisted mother board replacement would cost 9000/- after an week they told me that they don't have motherboard stock and provide poco F1 as replacement and asked me to pay 9000/- for that device. well my phone didn't had any scratch or dent the companies software update caused the whole problem i want my phone to be repaired at free of cost or replaced with same featured phone Redmi note 10 pro

                My Poco x3 pro suddenly not booting.i went to the service center at westbengal, nadia, krishnanagar protima infotech they told me my phone is phisycaly damaged by me and recoded at their end, and they didn't give me warranty.It is regret to say there is a very minor spot on fingerprint/power button.how can a little spot be phisycally damaged..! There was mother board problem. I request to you that my phone be brought under warranty coverage because my phone is approximately 8 month's old.just for a minor scratch I will not get warranty..!! For a minor scratch they regret to giving me warranty.I want justice I hope I will get justice.

                  Hello, I'm a mi user for the past 9 years.My recent mobile is mi 10i i have updated it to miui 13.0.4 which was given officially by you and my mobile isn't working. Service center people said motherboard has gone . The damage was happened by the software update given by you . It's not a physical or liquid damage from my end . In service center they ask to solve with my own . I request you to replace me with the new product because it's your fault . Please solve the issue.

                    I'm trying to redeem product from Get apps from long time but I'm unable to do because company is cheating us I have enough coins to redeem some products but it's not available to redeem.
                    Please resolve this issue I'm collecting this coin from a long period and now when i try to redeem it's not available. This is going to be irritating for me.

                      My Poco x3 pro is certainly dead during a calling. My phone is under warranty I bought it from Flipkart on 20/08/2021. So visit Mi service center and they says they can't repair it because after the new update that model is going to dead and company don't send motherboard for that device. So I have to replace my phone with a low quality phone provided by them. My Poco X3 Pro is cost me 19000/ 8GB Ram and 860 snapdragon processor, and they offered Mi note 10 pro which price is 16000/ with 6GB Ram and 732G snapdragon processor. There is no match with these devices. And my phone is under warranty and it's company fault that they can't provide service to their customers so why should I forced to take that offered phone only.
                      I asked them for another device with extra rest of amount paid by me but they also denied. After so many time visit service center I tweet them. So they asked me to collect job sheet number. But from service center they told me they can't take my phone on hold to give me Job sheet. I have to take that offerd phone on the same day after they verify my replacement.
                      After I re tweet they send me a link on Twitter to fill a form and submit, but no response from them after submitting. Why should we suffer when it's company fault. Why there is a warranty policy on that phone when Mi Company can't repair it. I don't want other low quality phone I want my phone repaired or other devices option.

                          I have purchased this mobile on 24.01.2022 from that date it has been reached service center 3 times due to software issue. i followed every step to keep it secure but it get currpted suddenly without any reason. i have lost all my data 3 times also i am totally mentally disturbed because of this mobile i am facing so many troubles because of this. I never thought i have to face so much issues like this after investing such a big amount.
                          Please provide a replacement of this product or give me an exchane option at good cost.

                            Hello, my name is arslan ansari, i am an xiomi user from past 6 years, i have many xiomi gadgets, my problem is that i have 88000 coins in mi get apps but i cant redeem it in prizes because xiomi is not giving stock on mi get apps since early November 2021, xiomi is continuing earning money by promoting apps on get apps and we innocent people download it in greed of coins,
                            So please xiomi make stock available or i[censored] have stopped giving prizes on get apps then please close down earn coins section in get apps and redeem our existing coins.

                              On[protected] i reached to mi service center in guduvanchery for battery replacement. They got mobile gone inside and came out and asked me did you gave to service before and i replied yes for display replacement and they started blaming that service center that there is defeat the cable is cut little bit that connects the battery and charger pin and they we change the it may or may not work. After 30-40mintues they changed the battery and gave my mobile back to me. After replacing battery Next day my mobile mic is not working properly and called them i reported about the issue. They asked me to bring my mobile to service center. I reached they i gave my mobile they haven't property checked my mobile and started blaming the same thing they replied that the little cut is the reason we have to change the cable. They not evening responding properly and being rude to me and started me questioning like you know how to replace battery ok do it? They treated me so bad. This is my complaint about they behaviour and services
                              I bought xeomi 11 LITE NE 5G.
                              Most hanging mobile ever in my life there is big problem. after purchase of 26000 rs.
                              Biggest mistake I got after buying this mobile if there is any to company regrate then please give solution

                                I had Purchased MI TV 4X 138.8 cm Ultra HD in october 2020
                                In May 2022 the TV started giving colors on the screen. I raised a repair request through XIOMI help line Number on 10 May 2022. I was told the technician would visit us and repair it. But to my surprise the technician called and said that if you bring the TV to his repair center he would repair it fast. We took the TV to the repair center but he quoted a exoberant rate and when aske why such a high cost he insulted us and said you are 1947 era but the cost of the part (board) he said should be replaced was costing 8900 INR precisely as per the Xiomi Helpline number. We took back the TV and request was not at all ateended.
                                After a week I raised a compliant with the helpline number, the complaint was closed without being attended by anyone from Xiomi stating that the customer was not available
                                After 15 days from This i raised a second complaint, and requested not to assign the same engineer but the same engineer came with a board which was not matching and said he got a wrong board. Again the complaint was closed stating the customer was satisfied
                                I raised a third complaint on 10/06/2022. I was informed that i had updated the wrong serial number hence a wrong board has come. To my surprise i Had never given any one the serial number of the TV. It was the technician who had updated. I was also informed that within 7 days they would repair the TV
                                I gave the correct serial number of the TV S/N : 25622/[protected]. The same technician came with the new board again the same out come. He took back the board.
                                After 7 days that is on 18/06/2022 i called the same helpline number. I have been told that by 23/06/2022 the TV would be repaired. This time i got 3-4 calls.
                                My complaint is
                                1. Does it take one and half months to repair a TV
                                2. Is XIOMI service so worst
                                3. Is Xiomi service under a service engineer
                                4. Does Xiomi have any Complaint redressal mechanism
                                5. Should customers Trust Xiomi

                                    I have purchased Xiaomi 11i 5G on 17.06.2022 as per attached Tax Invoice billed to my company.

                                    Before buying I confirmed with your MI site whether it will come out of the box with android 12 version and your chat agent Mr Gowtham confirmed that it will surely come ""Out of the Box Android Version 12"". On the basis of his words I moved ahead and purchased Xiaomi 11i 5G from Shop no 3, 4 & 5 Elysium square, Opp Maruti Plaza, National Highway No 8, Krishnanagar, Ahmedabad - 382346; Tel: [protected]

                                    After buying I found that phone has an old Android 11 version and informed to Store Manager Mr Nilesh/ Mr Parth they said that please sit here and update your phone to have Android 12 right here. After finishing update phone remained on the same old Android 11 version.

                                    In addition phone specifications are showing it should have 6 GB + 3 GB virtual RAM but my phone is having 6GB + 2GB virtual RAM.

                                    Regarding both of the above issues i.e. Android 12 + less virtual RAM I have chat communication with your so called agents Mr Gowtham and Mr Bikram and Ms Maruthi who lied with me and cheated in our communications by provided false/ misleading details.
                                    Screen shots of chats with all of above agents are available on request.

                                    I had reported this issue to Ms Meghana Gowda on 17th June itself at 9:00pm and she promised me to arrange a call back from their supervisors on 18/06 to resolve my issues, but in vain unfortunately no one turned to me...

                                    After that I approached to your toll free number and had a discussion with Mr Ram, he has also refused to resolve my issue and felt sorry for their agent's mistake. Also I had discussed with Manish Jain and he said that he will see what can be done !! Moreover, he asked me that what my company will loose if it will remain on Android 11 !! I really regret to have his reply in an unprofessional way!!

                                    I have not even inserted SIM card into the phone and 24 hours not yet passed I have realized that I made a very big mistake buying phone from new Xiaomi Home as addressed above.

                                    Starting from toll free number to store manager they have refused to resolve my issues which shows a poor service caliber of Xiaomi-India.

                                    I hope you will look into the matter and get my issues resolved amicably by replacing my phone with ""Out of the Box Android Version 12"" along with correct RAM 6GB + 3GB virtual RAM to avoid me to take up this matter further.

                                      I have a Poco X3 pro phone which I bought on November 7, 2021 and it suddenly stopped working and blacked out. I went to the service centre and they said that the motherboard is dead and they will replace it with Redmi note 10 pro which have very low specifications compared to the Poco x3 pro. The price is also Rs.16000 which is 5k less than the price of my Poco x3 pro i.e. Rs.21000. I find it very unfair and also cannot afford to lose money and hencerequest you to look into this matter so that I can find fair treatment.

                                        Why the ### aren't you launching mi bands in India with NFC 😡😡😡😡😡...
                                        I bought every mi band from mi band 1 to 6 every year, everytime i hope NFC will come to India and instead of XiaoAI they'll give google ASSISTANT support or alexa support, because there's already a mic hole in Chinese variant then why don't they release it in India. Nowadays even a 2000 rupees watch supports Alexa 😭. And they cost 3500 for mi band 6 which was 2700 rupees in China still i purchased 😭. These guys are removing ai support and nfc from their mi bands moreover increasing prices and still they expect it to be India's no. 1 brand 😡😡😡😡. They expecting that we'll purchase and grow their sale😡😡😡. Who the ### is your Indian sale marketing team 😡😡😡😡. Don't they have a brain, don't they know the Indian market? They releasing unwanted products in India thousands of mi phones a year and expecting higher sales. I was in need of a tablet i liked mi pad 5 when it was launched in China and was waiting for it, they took a whole lot time meanwhile realme released their realme pad and i purchased that even though it was entry level but i need one with miui or realme ui like i don't prefer samsung or panasonic etc. Now i don't know if they knew it or not an average Indian CUSTOMER keeps their purchased items untill they die, now I have realme pad hope it will live for at least 4 years, now sale for one guy for 4 years has gone from MI India. I believe many more cases happened like this, this way they lose their chances for higher sale and still expecting to be no. 1.😡 ###.
