I have a complaint against your service center, ” Delhi Pctronics Solutions India Pvt Ltd, Shop No F/Wz-261, Main Najafgarh Road, Near Metro Piiler No 669, Uttam Nagar, Delhi-110059 . I took my phone to the service center on 23052022.The Phone was switching off by itself. Once it switches off, we were unable to turn it back on for a couple of hours but after that it would turn back on.
This is the issue for which I took the phone to the service center. Those guys couldn’t find anything wrong with my device on inspection So they told me they need to open it up and see for any water damage beneath the surface. They took the phone from the reception to a cabin which was closed from all sides barring a small window. A customer cannot see what is being done inside.
They come back after 30 minutes saying my phone had a scratch on its surface. I was confident that there is no such scratch present on the phone. I asked them to prepare an incident report saying there is a scratch and that’s why they are denying service and putting the phone out of warranty. I told them I would be taking this matter higher up the chain.
This got them rattled. They prepared an incident report which didn’t even listed the correct diagnosis. When I asked them about the discrepancy in the report, they said their system only had these options to select from. I wanted to get this over with because by this time had spent close to 50 minutes in the shop with my phone inside the cabin. I quickly signed the document and asked them to handover my phone. I was also charged Rs 120 for this and not given a payment slip.
Now when they handed over the phone, it had a big scratch on its surface. I immediately confronted them about this but they denied any wrongdoing and said the scratch was always there. I immediately contacted the customer care and informed them about the predicament I was in. They assured me full support and not to worry about this. They opened a complaint and said quick action would be taken on it. But alas, I was taken for a ride. My complaint was closed and no action taken on it. I was told the troubleshooting team rejected the complaint. But I wa never approached by them before closing the complaint
I am wronged and swindled by your service center. You should change the name of your service center to scam center because this is what they are doing over there. The service center guys, whatever they say, whatever they do that is correct and what the customer say is wrong.
I would like to bring the following points to your notice:-
1) If the phone had a scratch on the screen, why was there a need to take the phone inside a cabin and open it up? They should have rejected the product as being 'out of warranty' then and there itself they kept my phone inside for close to 50 minutes and when they gave it back, it had a scratch.
2) I had taken a photo of my phone before visiting the service center, it is clearly visible in that there is no scratch on the surface of the phone.
Your service center is just trying to cheat some money out of customers and tarnish the reputation of the company. The customers’ words have no value at all. Whatever the service center says or do that is the truth. I have all the proof. Multiple calls with service center, photo, but all this amount to nothing. They took my phone inside a cabin where in I cannot see what is being done on it. They took the photo after making the scratch and uploaded it along with the incident.
In Samsung service center, the phone is always present in front of the customer, they are not taking it to some secret room from where the phone is not visible. They could do anything to a customer’s phone inside that cabin and we have no way of proving it was done by them.
I request you to take strict action against that service center which is engaging in such malpractices to cheat the customer of their hard earned money and denying genuine claims by fabricating damages themselves. I have also decided I would approach National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission if my problem is not resolved here.
I am attaching a photo of my mobile which I took before taking it to service center wherein no scratch can be seen.
I am also attaching the wrong service order which the service center people made. Despite my objection to the facts being mentioned in it, they just went ahead and created it and asked me to sign it or otherwise take my mobile. I couldn't do that as that would have nullified my warranty as they had already opened it and I would be left with no prove that the handset was opened at a MI service center
Most hanging mobile ever in my life there is big problem. after purchase of 26000 rs.
Biggest mistake I got after buying this mobile if there is any to company regrate then please give solution
