Xiaomi India — Redmi note 3 received damaged product | |||||
Hi team, I have purchased mi note 3 product in mi store on september 15th and received the product on sep19th via bluedart courier. When i opened the product inside it is bent fully and damaged. Immediately i have called mi customer care and raised a request for replacement. The raised complaint reference number is[protected]. And have given more than 20 snap shots also. Since september 19th, daily i am tracking the status but till now i haven't received a single update from customer service. I am more worried about my money. It's worth of 11999 rupees. No one has given a call to pic the product for replacement. There is no single call i have received till now. Kindly please take action and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
