Xiaomi India — Refusal of replacing cracked mobile screen

I bought Mi4i model of Xiaomi on[protected] from Flipkart. On 19th July, I was playing a game in it, suddenly it started heating up and mobile screen got blank and white. After 2-3 seconds, there was a small crack on the edge of the mobile screen. That crack got bigger afterwards. I went to the Mi service center on[protected]. They refused to take any action on it saying it a "physical damage". Moreover, I sent an e-mail to the Customer Service of Xiaomi India, they also refused to take any action regarding the issue. Also, on the visit on Mi Service Center, I met Mr. Satish Nangia (E-mail: nangia.[protected]@gmail.com) having the same issue like mine. He told me that he met some more persons having same problem in mi4i model. So, hereby I want to draw your attention towards the manufacturing defect of Mi4i model of Xiaomi Company.
