Xiaomi India — Replacement of redmi note 3 purchased on 16.07.2016 | |||||
I have purchased redmi note3 through mi store on on-line on 16.07.2016. On 21.07.2016 suddenly the mobile switched off and mi.Com is displayed, just after 4 days of purchase. The set is dead and is not at all working. I have given complaint immediately and your person mr. Yash sent email and gave the address and asked to wait for pickup by courier.. Daily i am giving call to[protected] three times right from 21.07.2016 and all are giving the same answer "wait for 2 days our bluedart will pickup" But till today even after 17days no one has pickedup my mobile redmi note 3. Till now when i gave complaint no.2065063 they used to tell my name and all replacement details. But suddenly today when i called the above number they said, "you mail all your details along with order no..."again all the story i have repeated. But till today no solution.. I am fed up with mi store and calling daily 60 minutes. Requested to resolve the issue immediately and do the needful. My order no.[protected]. Incident no:[protected] Invoice no.[protected].
