Xiaomi India — service charges

Dear Sir/Madam

I am an MI user having a Note 5 pro. I availed MI services yesterday for the replacement of rear camera lens. The lens was worth Rs. 99/- plus 18% GST. The service centre charged RS. 350/- as service charge plus additional GST at 18%. I would like to seek clarification regarding your service charge policy. Is it fixed at the above mentioned rate for any value of service availed or proportionate to the value of the service provided. Also explain the reason for separate GST application on service charge. I do not find the charges levied to be just and fair. The invoice for this transaction is attached along with. Kindly provide clarification for the same ASAP.
