I bought redmi6 in the month of march, 2019 and since then i have visited mi centre 4 times. The issues started within 15 days of buying the phone. Everytime it gets switched off and starts automatically after 3-4 days. There's lot of hanging problem too. Video doesn't gets opened. This is highly disappointing. I do need the exchange of the product. Kindly look into this.
This is fourth time I am complaining about my phone regarding caller voice is not listen. This is your device internal fault so you are requested to change my phone immediately.

    I went mi service center in burdwan i was facing problem with my mob. It was unable to take charge when it was on but off mode it was charged. My mob was within the warranty period but they said u have to pay service charge. I will pay for parts which was damaged but why i have to pay service charge? Finally i paid all the charges and collect my mobile.
    Plz help me my mobile is redmi 6pro & i buy this mobile near about 3to 4month before .now in this mobile app. Is open automatically & mobile is hang . ex. Now we open the whats up app. After that some time status is open some time touch is not working .
    From power on, if one swips down and goes straight to settings, one can bypass login protocols.

      I bought d ph on 7/12/18. D display isn't working. D shop owner took d ph & went to service centres. Dey told dt d display has to change bt only service charge is taken as it is in warranty period. Bt d display isn't available then. After few days i was called dt d display is available in baruipur. I went there. A man took the ph & check in front of me. Then taking my ph he went inside d technical room. Then my name was entried. After 30 mins a woman show me d ph that d ph is broken. My complaint is that they broke my phone after going inside the room.. My humble request is that pls check d cctv & do the needful
      I buy my my note 7s on 10th July 19 from tonk raj, they open box seal in front me but now I find that in phone contact list there are 20- 40 number saved, you guys sold me used phone.do something about it ok. And why I need to right more? To make my complaint good.slove ittttttttttttttttttttttttt5tttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt ok!

        It's been only a month and i had a issue with the phone which was automatically shutdown by it self. When visited the service center in sd road secunderabad they informed me that it's an hardware issue and the board has to be replaced and they don't have one and asked me to wait for availability. Later they informed me that it was available at a different center and i can visit and have it replaced. The other center is saying it's due to water the issue has arrised. Now the question is if it was due to water in the phone the first service center would have identified the same but they did not find this issue. Raised a complaint with the backend team and waiting for a call back as the phone is with the amerpat service center. It's been 48+ hours and no response and i have followed up twice till now.
        I was using MI A1 Mobile since last 2 years, however yesterday 09 July 2019, it burns and explodes automatically, fortunate we all are safe, but i want take action against MI, as it could had cause injury to me or my family.
        i have attached photos, images taken after mob explosion.

          I have ordered redmi note 7s and his cover and one me led bulb from mi store on on 14 june 2019 and order got rejected on june 24 2019. I am following up with them for refund but till now i have not received my refund amount. Called up customer care many times but no use you had conversation with email to them i was getting same reply that we have forwarded your complaint to the concerned department and they will get back to you very soon but nobody replied yet. I wasting my time behind them for my money only

            I have requested for installation of MI 4A pro (43'inch). TV Installation was scheduled for Jul 09, 2019 b/w 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Job Sheet No - TVIN[protected]. But neither the engineer came for the installation nor any intimation regarding his nonavailability. I have cancelled my plans just to make it happen between the time slot allotted. This ### caused me lots of mental pain.
            If I not get TV installation process done by tomorrow 12 PM, so I will go to consumer FORUM.

                I have ordered redmi note7 pro on 21 june 2019 from mi store, i have paid for it in advance. But till this date my phone is still undelivered. I contacted customer care several time but the only thing i have to hear is wait for some time our representative will call you back after 48 hours. 19 days have passed but 48 hours of customer care are yet get completed. I even mailed them but i got same reply wait till our representative will call you. Neither they are delivering my product nor they are refunding my amount.

                    I bought Redmi Note 5 pro after using I for 2 months it's start heating up and some yellow spots start to occur on the screen but Service Center is not accepting that it's device issue they are costing me for this issue I want my display change under warranty. They have to change the bad quality display under warranty without charging the customer.

                      Greetings of the day.
                      I have ordered the redmi note 7 pro but inside the box there was power bank only. But now the company is denied to sortout my problem. I have mailed them lots of time but they are not giving me proper reply. And i suggested them that if you feel that i'm doing anything wrong then trace the mobile by imei number but they did not take any action yet.
                      Rs. 17, 000 is big amount for me as a salaried person, please help me.
                      I have received the packet at 19th of june & after receiving the packet with in 11 min i have registered the complaint.

                      I have a fault in my battery so I changed my battery in kanchipuram service center. But the problem Is not yet solved. The battery does not standby even 3 to 4 hours. I consult the service center again but there is no response. Please make necessary actions to solve my problem.

                        Xiaomi is not providing better service for us redmi 5 users because they are not providing better and good update for us... Since 2018 nov there is no stable update for redmi 5 global users even old device redmi 4 got it we aredmi 5 still stuck on 10.1.2.0 ndamifd which was first miui update till now we have not received the update and i have complained about this many times but no replies... After 10.1.2.0 xiaomi released 2 update but suspended without any reason and now we have not received any update running on old security patch our device is effecting it...

                          I bought this phone 1 month ago. From the first week itself it starting hanging, not responding of apps, draining away the charge
                          Suddenly the phone goes off on 5th july i tried switching it onn but couldn't fix.
                          I took my phone to service center on the same day they declared it damaged saying the glass has cracks (Which according to me were minor marks on the glass (Absolutely safe) now they are asking me to pay 8k for the same fix a they say its not included in the free service.

                            It is indeed shocking that my mi xiomi exploded while on charging mode and i narrowly escaped.in fact i am a manager in kotak mahindra bank, cuttack, and today at about 7:30 p. M while i was inside the bank and had just set my mi a one cellphone on charge and was just beside my phone there was lot of smoke seen coming out of my phone. Even the bank alarms started to buzz and another employee of the bank seeing this took out the charger then it exploded, though i and all of the employees were saved narrowly but the smell of the fumes was so awful that the entire bank was smelling as there was some kind of electrical fire.
                            This mi a 1 cellphone was purchased by me two years back and it had till date no problem, but this sudden incident has perplexed me. Your company has such a good will that i purchased this cellphone but i find that it is like just any ordinary unbranded phone and is not at all safe to use. It has endangered my life and i am in deep shock apart from loosing the valuable data.
                            Be that as it may, i demand a compensation for this, if at all you want to maintain the good will, then you should honour my demand or else i will seek for remedy under law and also go to the social media seeking their support. I may also mention here that the entire incident is available in the cctv of our bank and photographed by other employees so kindly look into this matter seriously and with urgency. I would also request you to ensure quality before you sell your product in the market.

                              Camera lags during making videos. It is due to system update. When i shoot videos at 1080 p 60 fps and at 4k 30 fps it lags a lot and the phone gets heated up too much. I already gave feedback to the company and many people also gave their feedback but they are not resolving this issue at all. It's been 3 month, i was waiting for mi to fix this issue but now i loslost my patience.

                                I bought a redmi note 7 pro on 15th may 2019, after a few days my phone started to hang. Very recently on the 30th june 2019, the display started to act out, i tried to switch it off an switch on the phone did not start. I took it to the yelahanka mi service center and they declared the phone water damaged which never happened. They said the water damage is not covered under the warranty and asked for an amount of rs 5300 to fix the phone. After that i went to the malleshwaram service center in bangalore, they asked for rs 6500 to repair the damage after examining the phone. Just today i got a call from the service center saying that they just realized the display is also gone and hence i have to pay an extra rs 5500 over the already mentioned amount. That is rs 12000 for a phone that i bought for rs 14000. I am extremely unhappy with the phone and the attitude of the service center. I am confident that i did not do anything to the phone that could have possibly spoilt the mother board and the display. I feel like it is a money minting business for the mi service centers, they have on purpose spoilt my phone and charging me an exorbitant amount of money for the service of a phone that is under the warranty period. This has been one of my worst experiences with a phone company and the service center. I would not recommend anyone to buy this phone. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                  POCO F1 mobile purchased in Jan 2019. Mobile has network issue since purchase. It has been shown to MI service center however it is sad to know that after service and rectification mobile started giving more problem. I m not able to download any app through play store after rectification. Lot of conversation carried out through MI personnel but there is only promises done and no concrete action till now.

                                    I am Kesavan from karur. I had repaired my Redmi note 5's screen in Xiaomi service centre(sri hanuman agencies) in karur. I paid rs.3360.But they didn't provide me a reciept(bill). The new screen is very poor in quality. It damaged within 2 weeks by just sliding from my lap to floor, the falling distance is just few inches. I suspect that new screen should be a duplicate. Please take necessary action. I would belive Xiaomi is a good company. Don't make my belief false. If you don't take action, I will file a complaint in Consumer court.

                                      I, ajit kumar hait booked one red mi 7 eclipse black 3gb+ 32gb on 1.7.2019 under order no. [protected] using mi website. Following the order i was given a tracking code xmic[protected] and promised to deliver through ekart. Accordingly, ekart deliveryman phoned at about 1.43 pm today (4.7.19) and came for delivery at about 1:48pm. The payment of the item was on cod basis and part of the payment was using the exchange coupon earned by exchange of old mi mobile. He asked to provide the old mobile and accordingly was given. He verified the imei number using the mobile. Thereafter he examined the mobile and said that this mobile is not exchangeable as the battery is weak. Then he went back without delivering the item that was booked under the said order.
                                      I submit the following :
                                      1. As per the details given on the website of mi :
                                      What are the checks that will be conducted by the delivery person who will be delivering the new device and picking up the old device?

                                      A. Brand and model of the old device matches the declaration provided by you at the time of purchase of the new device.

                                      B. The phone switches on and should be in switched on mode for a minimum of 30 seconds without connecting to the charger.

                                      C. The imei of the old device, provided by you, at the time of purchase of the new device, is correct and there is no mismatch.

                                      D. Screen should not have any cracks, visible lines, spots, water damage, discoloration and it should not be coming out from edges. Body of the phone should not have any crack and there should not be any button missing from the phone.

                                      E. There should not be any crack/dent/damage to the screen (Big or small) and internal lcd screen should not be damaged.

                                      F. For all phones, the screen lock should not be active (All forms of screen lock such as pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, etc. Needs to be de-activated).

                                      I do not find any condition like that of battery as mentioned by the deliveryman and no such condition was stipulated during placing the order.

                                      It is clearly a breach of agreement and thus claim damages for the inconveniences caused to me.
                                      I have Redmi Note 7 and in this have a minor problem the touch is freezing sometime due to I was going service center for repair my mobile but he says the parts are not available now and I went to my home. But after 2 months I was again visiting service center for repair my phone but he still says parts are not available for repairing.
