Dear sir/ma'am,

Greetings of the day.
I have ordered the redmi note 7 pro but inside the box there was power bank only. But now the company is denied to sortout my problem. I have mailed them lots of time but they are not giving me proper reply. And i suggested them that if you feel that i'm doing anything wrong then trace the mobile by imei number but they did not take any action yet.
Rs. 17, 000 is big amount for me as a salaried person, please help me.
I have received the packet at 19th of june & after receiving the packet with in 11 min i have registered the complaint.

I have a fault in my battery so I changed my battery in kanchipuram service center. But the problem Is not yet solved. The battery does not standby even 3 to 4 hours. I consult the service center again but there is no response. Please make necessary actions to solve my problem.

    Dear sir,
    Xiaomi is not providing better service for us redmi 5 users because they are not providing better and good update for us... Since 2018 nov there is no stable update for redmi 5 global users even old device redmi 4 got it we aredmi 5 still stuck on 10.1.2.0 ndamifd which was first miui update till now we have not received the update and i have complained about this many times but no replies... After 10.1.2.0 xiaomi released 2 update but suspended without any reason and now we have not received any update running on old security patch our device is effecting it...

      I bought this phone 1 month ago. From the first week itself it starting hanging, not responding of apps, draining away the charge
      Suddenly the phone goes off on 5th july i tried switching it onn but couldn't fix.
      I took my phone to service center on the same day they declared it damaged saying the glass has cracks (Which according to me were minor marks on the glass (Absolutely safe) now they are asking me to pay 8k for the same fix a they say its not included in the free service.

        Sir,
        It is indeed shocking that my mi xiomi exploded while on charging mode and i narrowly escaped.in fact i am a manager in kotak mahindra bank, cuttack, and today at about 7:30 p. M while i was inside the bank and had just set my mi a one cellphone on charge and was just beside my phone there was lot of smoke seen coming out of my phone. Even the bank alarms started to buzz and another employee of the bank seeing this took out the charger then it exploded, though i and all of the employees were saved narrowly but the smell of the fumes was so awful that the entire bank was smelling as there was some kind of electrical fire.
        This mi a 1 cellphone was purchased by me two years back and it had till date no problem, but this sudden incident has perplexed me. Your company has such a good will that i purchased this cellphone but i find that it is like just any ordinary unbranded phone and is not at all safe to use. It has endangered my life and i am in deep shock apart from loosing the valuable data.
        Be that as it may, i demand a compensation for this, if at all you want to maintain the good will, then you should honour my demand or else i will seek for remedy under law and also go to the social media seeking their support. I may also mention here that the entire incident is available in the cctv of our bank and photographed by other employees so kindly look into this matter seriously and with urgency. I would also request you to ensure quality before you sell your product in the market.

          Camera lags during making videos. It is due to system update. When i shoot videos at 1080 p 60 fps and at 4k 30 fps it lags a lot and the phone gets heated up too much. I already gave feedback to the company and many people also gave their feedback but they are not resolving this issue at all. It's been 3 month, i was waiting for mi to fix this issue but now i loslost my patience.

            I bought a redmi note 7 pro on 15th may 2019, after a few days my phone started to hang. Very recently on the 30th june 2019, the display started to act out, i tried to switch it off an switch on the phone did not start. I took it to the yelahanka mi service center and they declared the phone water damaged which never happened. They said the water damage is not covered under the warranty and asked for an amount of rs 5300 to fix the phone. After that i went to the malleshwaram service center in bangalore, they asked for rs 6500 to repair the damage after examining the phone. Just today i got a call from the service center saying that they just realized the display is also gone and hence i have to pay an extra rs 5500 over the already mentioned amount. That is rs 12000 for a phone that i bought for rs 14000. I am extremely unhappy with the phone and the attitude of the service center. I am confident that i did not do anything to the phone that could have possibly spoilt the mother board and the display. I feel like it is a money minting business for the mi service centers, they have on purpose spoilt my phone and charging me an exorbitant amount of money for the service of a phone that is under the warranty period. This has been one of my worst experiences with a phone company and the service center. I would not recommend anyone to buy this phone. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

              Sir,
              POCO F1 mobile purchased in Jan 2019. Mobile has network issue since purchase. It has been shown to MI service center however it is sad to know that after service and rectification mobile started giving more problem. I m not able to download any app through play store after rectification. Lot of conversation carried out through MI personnel but there is only promises done and no concrete action till now.
              Pl help to resolve the issue.

                I am Kesavan from karur. I had repaired my Redmi note 5's screen in Xiaomi service centre(sri hanuman agencies) in karur. I paid rs.3360.But they didn't provide me a reciept(bill). The new screen is very poor in quality. It damaged within 2 weeks by just sliding from my lap to floor, the falling distance is just few inches. I suspect that new screen should be a duplicate. Please take necessary action. I would belive Xiaomi is a good company. Don't make my belief false. If you don't take action, I will file a complaint in Consumer court.

                  I, ajit kumar hait booked one red mi 7 eclipse black 3gb+ 32gb on 1.7.2019 under order no. [protected] using mi website. Following the order i was given a tracking code xmic[protected] and promised to deliver through ekart. Accordingly, ekart deliveryman phoned at about 1.43 pm today (4.7.19) and came for delivery at about 1:48pm. The payment of the item was on cod basis and part of the payment was using the exchange coupon earned by exchange of old mi mobile. He asked to provide the old mobile and accordingly was given. He verified the imei number using the mobile. Thereafter he examined the mobile and said that this mobile is not exchangeable as the battery is weak. Then he went back without delivering the item that was booked under the said order.
                  I submit the following :
                  1. As per the details given on the website of mi :
                  What are the checks that will be conducted by the delivery person who will be delivering the new device and picking up the old device?

                  A. Brand and model of the old device matches the declaration provided by you at the time of purchase of the new device.

                  B. The phone switches on and should be in switched on mode for a minimum of 30 seconds without connecting to the charger.

                  C. The imei of the old device, provided by you, at the time of purchase of the new device, is correct and there is no mismatch.

                  D. Screen should not have any cracks, visible lines, spots, water damage, discoloration and it should not be coming out from edges. Body of the phone should not have any crack and there should not be any button missing from the phone.

                  E. There should not be any crack/dent/damage to the screen (Big or small) and internal lcd screen should not be damaged.

                  F. For all phones, the screen lock should not be active (All forms of screen lock such as pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, etc. Needs to be de-activated).

                  I do not find any condition like that of battery as mentioned by the deliveryman and no such condition was stipulated during placing the order.

                  It is clearly a breach of agreement and thus claim damages for the inconveniences caused to me.
                  I have Redmi Note 7 and in this have a minor problem the touch is freezing sometime due to I was going service center for repair my mobile but he says the parts are not available now and I went to my home. But after 2 months I was again visiting service center for repair my phone but he still says parts are not available for repairing.

                    I purchase new redmi note 5 on 1 march 2018 with imei no [protected], but on 6 nov 2018, it suddenly power off. Then i have given it into gurgaon service centre located near bus stand. But they refused to rework it under warranty & said that it is liquid damage.
                    How it may be liquid damage under power off condition? They saw the color of the paper only. They can also change the color of paper itself & show the phone under liquid damage.
                    After that i have given it into rajnager ghazibad service centre. They also said it is already opened. But it was checked by gurgaon service centre. I communicated all its last discussion to service team but they also refuse to rework it under warranty. Finally, i put the complaint into xiomi customer care centre with no-[protected] on 13 nov 18. Then they also closed it base on service centre feedback.
                    Then i have put the complaint into nation consumer form with complaint no-1014477.& send the all written details to xiomi bangalore plant as per consumer form team. But till now i don't get any revert. So i request to repair it under warranty. They expired its warranty now.
                    Request to provide the justice from xiomi company.

                      My name is aashish. I'm a redmi 6 pro user. Exact date i don't remember but according to me on 19/06/2019 my phone's fingerprint not working proprely. Next day, i went to the mi service center which location is "r400, 1st floor, khalsa building, buxipur rd, gorakhpur, uttar pradesh 273001". They told me they solve it in 2 hours but when i got my phone after 2 hours i found that a new problem was created. Now my phone's network not working properly and i'm not use jio sim in my phone properly. After that they told me some component of the phone was damage and they ordered this component and it should be deliver on 02/07/2019. After that again i went to the mi center at 02/07/2019 then they told me they new component again short and not working and the problem is not solve and again i have to wait 3-4 days.
                      Today is 04/07/2019 i don't get my phone till now.
                      Now, i'm very dispointed by the service of the mi care center service.
                      Please solve all problems as soon as possible.

                        I had lodged a complaint regarding my mi 32 inch tv picture on 12th june, but have been made to run around pillar to post with no accountability

                        1.15th june - techincian visits and takes rs 450 for taking photo of tv, no solution provided
                        2. 17th new technitian comes takes another photo and says monther board is fault
                        3. New technitian comes with mother boards and says backlitghts not working, motherb board is fine. Claims previous technician does not know how to trouble shoot
                        4. Multiple calls made to mi india customer, no action till date. They are more concerned about getting a survey response than repair

                          I ordered mobile phone on 25 the jun from redmi official website and it was delivered on 27 jun. While i opened the box i realised apart from mobile phone there isn't anything as in accessories like usb cable, adapter, and pin.

                          I called up customer care but backend team denied replacement with no reason. And they're not even taking up complaint from me. Customer service puts calls on hold.

                          I really want this company to be sued heftily.in other countries they allow replacement and return as well.

                          India is treated like worms. I want justice.
                          I go for buying for new charger cord at your MI Service Centre sangamner they demanding2% extra over the online money transfer.

                            I ordered this product on 25th June at 1:27 AM. They told that the product will be delivered by 29th June. But I haven't received my product till now. I complain two times about this but no action was taken. From tomorrow I will not available to receive this product and I can't tell anyone to receive this because it is use of me. Now I will came here in December 2019. The main thing is that this product was in my nearest city Patna on 27th June. Now, I want to complain against MI community.

I think you are sale only in market but no service its very bad experience no one support me, very very bad service, bad service team, i think i ill through my mobile in dustbin...

                                Mi thiruvallur branch..give poor response to customers.i am not satisfied for this branch..location is opposite to sbi bank.they ask so many of questions.and their motive to dont take service.and dont claim.warrenty.it is a poor mi service centre.please take action and accpet the customer complaints.and customer friendly.please apporach that team.and resolve that issue.please make that branch customer friendly

                                  Sir i changed 4 batteries to redmi 4 within 2 years. Recently i purchase at feb19 in your service center. Within 3 months battery collapse in redmi 4. I am unsatisfied your brand. I also purchase samsung mobile 2 years back since no issue. But your hand set is going to complaint. Is it company selling original batteries?. I don't know but loss amount by purchase your phone. Please send original batteries and satisfied customers. I hope you provide new battery without service charge.
                                  When i bought 4A TV, it was mentioned on Flipkart
                                  that it willl get Oreo update with cromecast build in and Play Store support in Jan 2019..
                                  Today its 30th of june, and till date no update...
                                  Also Flipkart removed that note (Oreo update) from listing. like you are fooling customers to purchase it.

                                    I order poco f1 fone from mi store. After one day the marked it delivered in app.
                                    I did not get the product so i called the consumer care and they said they delivered to someone called r. Rk. Upon asking why did u not deliver to a person on whose name order was booked they were answer less. They raised a ticket and said will get back in 48 hours. Even after that there is no answer from them. All they do is create duplicate ticket and tell me they will get back to in another 48 hours. It has been five days i have no money and no product.
                                    Hello, I ordered mi led smart TV 4A (43) by Flipkart. it's working good but the remote Power button not working properly . I want to replace it as soon as possible. Hope you can replace it fast.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I have bought mi tv on 27.03.2019 from flipkart, initially it was good, but from last month it was showing some lining from the middle point of tv and within 2 weeks period it was totally black out and whole screen is cover with the lining and breakage like structure.
                                        I have contacted to your service center and they have send a technician who just visit and took the pictures of tv, and i was just informed over the phone that this is the case of breakage and i have to pay 12000/- (After discount) to get it repair.
                                        I did not get any mail regarding the disapproval from the service center for warranty, and also i am very much sure that this is not a case of breakage instead of this is a manufacturing defect or some thing.
                                        Please arrange a repair service for the same, as the tv is under warranty period.
