Xiaomi India — Sim 1 Slot was not working in M1 Redme 1S Phone

Sim 1 Slot in my Red me 1s phone was not detecting the sim. I went to Service center on below address: Booth No.109, Near ICICI Bank, Sector - 16, Old Faridabad-Haryana I have submitted my phone on 10-Aug-2015. I went after that on service center. I asked for my phone status then Executive in Service Center was treating me like i am begging him and said that we do not have status for your phone. when your phone will repaired by company you will get a call, we cannot track. I went on next day again, i got same response. I went today (19-AUG-2015). Then again they are saying that i need to wait yet. I am facing many problems just because i don't have my phone. If you cannot provide services like samsung and other brand then stop selling MI phones and take it back. Also provide my money back. Regards Saurabh Kukreja [protected]
