Xiaomi India — System rebooting

Sir,
I am Anson from kerala, India. l already submit my redmi 3S Prime phone to your Cochin, Kerala service center on 26/11/2016 for rebooting problem. They return back my phone on 08/12/2016 but the the problem is not solved. I purchased it from flipcart on 22/10/2016. What can I do ?.Please rectify my complaint

We had purchased Xiaomi Redmi note handset mobile phone on 04/10/2016. That hand set is under problem. To take the same to the authorized service centre the bill is not readable. Inv.no.KABER[protected].Pl HELP US TO GET a good copy of the bill thro Amazon .in sold by E Mobiles Anjaneya Infrastructure Project Bangalore
