Xiaomi India — Very slow/ pathetic service and giving no resolution | |||||
I received a faulty phone from mi.com and after complaint they took 10 days in reverse pickup of phone and another 9 days for the replacement.Their customer care care is so poor that they don't take customer's problem seriously and they don't seems to give an early solution to the problem rather seems to linger on the problem too long. secondly I had purchsed Mi protect policy on my previous phone so i asked to replace that also. Again I contacted and e mailed the documents to micom but they are not giving me the replacement letter which i required to change my policy to new phone. Now I am frustrated with this and going to sue the company by registering a case in consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Im ordered red mi note 3 on18 oct but the status of this phone is still DC To SHIP when will i get my mobile please tell me..

Due to some malicious update of mi my phone got struck in bootloop when I tried the solution provided over there site, it doesn`t get repaired but now even my touch is also not working.
I have submitted my mi mobile adaptor at service centre for more than 30days and they don't respond to me... They say shortage is there... I m not getting why m i not getting my charger... This is taking too much time.. The service centre dont show result... I need my charger as soon as possible
