Xiaomi — mi tv repair
I had request a service request in mi tv on 21st jan and the token number r44741.
Received a confirmation from mi tv that the service would happen on 22nd january between 6pm - 8pm
Today 30th, still service did not happen. They re-schedule without prior notice to 24th and 26th jan. This case was then escalated to 2nd level
Still no action taken. The escalation team called me. Unfortunately i was not able to pick up the call. When i tried to call back, i could not reach the team.
The action from xiomi is still pending
