I have a MI TV 4X163.9 installed on[protected].
It has been working nicely since yesterday.
From today a strange problem is seen.
All menu tabs and also the tabs for other functions are clearly seen on TV screen. The moment you select any of them the screen becomes blank, and audio keeps on coming. You cannot watch any program.
I have tried with local service center. They say they provide service only for mobiles.
Please depute some engineer to resolve the issue at earliest. I am a senior citizen and life depends on TV program.

My experience is clear that XIAOMI do not at all care for consumers. I am frustrated and now left the brand. I have now started telling my friends not to go for any of the XIAMI product. Now I am going for VU 75" tv with 3-years warranty. Performance wise much better. No issue regarding support.
