Xiaomi — Product Defective

I bought a Xiaomi Mi4 from Flipkart.com(Order I'd : OD[protected] on 8th August 2015..After 1 month o[censored]se the phone went dead...so i approached Dr. Fones(Xiaomi Authorised Service)..and they told they can solve this issue...then its being nearly 2 months its with them...I'm very distatisfied with Xiaomi's Approach and Service...they told me that its TCP/IP went defective..and the whole board should be replaced...and xiaomi havent sent the spare yet...will i be able to use my phone anymore...any Action should be taken...else situation may go wrong...
