[Resolved] Xolo — Deposited phone not received back from xolo service centre | |||||
I bought the xolo phone in[protected] from flipkart and in 2016 may i deposited the phone in their service centre for repairing and then after few days that centre was closed and i was out of station.. When i returned back i contacted the centre and i found that the centre was closed. Now when i contacted customer care, their representatives are telling me that we cannot help you in this regard as you have lost the receipt... Then they asked me if i could tell them the imei number then they could help me but after telling them the number they told me we cannot help you because our records are telling that phone has been delivered to the customer. Without any proper evidence and without any of my signature that i have recieved the product they are simply making fraud and not delivering back my phone. Name of the phone was xolo lt900 (Black), price 7000 rs, imei number - [protected], invoice number - krg/1356/15-16 I also have call recordings of all the conversations i had with xolo customer care representative. Kindly look into this matter as early as possible, as i am a student and i have spent my hard earned money on this phone.
