[Resolved]  Xpressbees — Customer asked for future delivery

I have ordered my wedding outfit from xyz person they have sent it through xpressbees but I was literally waiting for it from days and when it was out for delivery I didn't get any calls and at night I have received a message saying customer requested for future delivery, I have not even received any call how can they just say this, as it is my wedding dress what should I do in this case??? I want my parcel to be delivered at any cost my tracking no

After giving complaints the issue was solved by shipper itself thanks to him, he did few steps and i have received a cAll from supervisor and they connected to courier boy
