I have booked the courier on 28th from Mumbai to Jarkhand and the EDD was 1st June. it is a perishable product. however the delivery got delayed and EDD changed to 3rd June. i could see on the website that the parcel reached to Orissa. today is 5th June, parcel is not yet reached. by now my product would have gone damaged as it was perishable. the product cost was 1500rs. i need a refund of my amount.
also i have logged a complaint but have not heard anything yet and no call is also received. Complaint reference number is[protected]
