My boat wireless earphones has been sent for repair on november 5th still didn't reach me, when i open the website and checked the status of the delivery it shows as already delivered in mumbai on 12th november, status as dto destination as mumbai... And i sent my product in hyderabad

I'm kindly requesting to you let me know the precise day of return of my product to me, my ticket no:-741126, waybill number:[protected]
And make sure that my product will reach me

My boat earphones has been sent for repair on 21st April but it still didn't reach me, when I opened the website and checked the status of the delivery it shows as out for delivery in mumbai on 30th April but the DTO remains undelivered. And i sent my product in Guwahati.

I'm kindly requesting to you let me know the precise day of return of my product to me, my ticket no:- 2278840
And make sure that my product reaches to me.
