Xpressbees Logistics — boy is refusing return pick-up of ajio items

Hey there,

I filed a return in ajio and xpressbees guy was to pick it up. There's a person came for it without having any details of the products. So, i asked for the receipt. He didn't have it. He called another guy and asked for the product details. So, i refused to give the items.

You can find the attached images to see that he had to come on 3rd, 4th, 5th, 8th and today. But he didn't.

Later the return pick up is allocated 5 times in the gap of 8 days. Today i called. I didn't know that he is the same person. I asked him why he is not coming for the return. He rashly said "when i came, you didn't give. So, i won't come now".

How can i give items without confirming whether he is from xpressbees or not? So, i asked him for product details and receipt.

I'm cautioned from ajio, not to give products to the courier person if they fail to provide a receipt.

It is a very bad experience for me. He didn't do his work properly and wants to take a revenge.

Let me know what action you will take on him and arrange for the return pick-up.
