I have order items via online relaxofootwear. Con on 7 june 2021. I got a message on 10 june that my order has shipped . On today 11th june i got a message that
Activity : Out for Delivery Out for delivery: 184237-Chandan Kumar[protected]PDS[protected]FromMob, MobileNo:- [protected]
Location : DEL/MGK, NEW DELHI, DELHI

After that i got another message at 10:28 am
..Door step delivery not attempted (Time constraints) by SR: Chandan Kumar[protected], MobileNo: [protected]...
..
The delivery executive did not try to contact me and i was not aware that whats going on. I called Mr chandan kumar and asked him whether he delivered the product or not?? But he replied that ok mam btata hun after that he did not received my call. I have never faced such kind of problem. Is this the way to deal with a customer?
