Hi my name is shaad ali i have ordered 2 products from paytm mall order no. :[protected] and order no.: [protected] paytm has send my items by xpressbees with id [protected] and with id[protected] respectively and it reached to varanasi and shows that it is out for delivery but i have not recieved my orders yet and when i called customer care it said hold on the line but no body contact me i am going to complain this to cyber cell police. Many have suffered due to this type of services i am really upset by this type of service. Was this information helpful? | |

XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 27, 2017 Ramamurthi Kolagunta's response There are too many complaints about xpressbees . Their license should be revoked forthwith.Further I needed the medicine latest by today. I am 82 yrs old and cannot collect from their service center. | |
