Xpressbees Logistics — Fake delivery

Dear sir,
On 04 May 2021 your courier boy named Malook Baamad/Hariom([protected]) delivered some packet to me which neither me nor any of my family members ordered for COD/785.00 rupees. The order was definitely carrying my contact number [protected] and shipping address(the shop which i was using on rental 10 years ago). He delivered me the packet at my home address not at the shipping address. Only mistake i did i collected by paying an amount presuming that some of my family members may have ordered. This looks like a fake delivery and I feel like I am being cheated. I haven't opened the packet yet. I am sending its images to you for your information and necessary action.
Same day i sent my concern to [protected]@xpressbees.com and [protected]@gmail.com the id given by courier boy mentioned above. Your customer care is pathetically poor, irresponsible and nonresponsive, till now they haven't answered my query.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
