[Resolved] Xpressbees Logistics — False status updated - consumer asked for future delivery request | |||||
I ordered a item from first cry which was prepaid. We received an sms after a week saying order is set out to be delivered please be available at home. The delivery never happened. On top of that the status of the delivery is updated as consignee requested for future delivery when such requests where not made to xpressbees. We received the same sms couple of days later and again no delivery was made. Next day the status says the consignee requested for future delivery. Such fraudulent status updates is made to hide the poor service capabilities of xpressbees. I am perplexed of why some online vendors use xpressbees logistics with such poor track record. I did not have to look too far to find a friend who went through the same experience. Was this information helpful? | |||||

They don't make any attempt to deliver the shipment. The status shows " consignee refused to accept order". Any number of complains has no effect on their service. The same thing is repeated many times in past few months. Any number of complains has no effect on them. Some times they have deivered 2-weeks after "out for delivery" SMS.

My customer did not ask for future delivery, yet courier boy wrote a future delivery there.

Xpressbees is fake they dont deliver. They update " customer want future delivery" but they dont deliver. They are fraud. [protected] order no. they did not deliver even many times they changes the products of suppliers.
