[Resolved] Xpressbees Logistics — Misrouting my courier to wrong addresses | |||||
I have a pending order from jabong with awb#[protected] for marathahalli, bangalore 560103. the courier reached & was directed to blr sth which was correct but after "out for delivery" at 11 am they just mentioned "misroute" & sent it back to "blr/cnt". after searching endlessly for the correct customer care numbers cos the numbers provided on their website r fake, i finally got in touch with them. they confirmed my address with pincode 560103 & said that it belongs to area "blr/bry". Now the product reaches blr/bry & is out for delivery. the delivery person called me & said that he's standing somewhere in frazer town which is the other part of the city with pincode 560005. i mean if you have no basic knowledge of pincodes then y r u even a logistics company??? how can u assign 560103 to 560005??? there is absolutely no communication from them. i have to keep tracking & calling to get my parcel. i have even raised a complaint with jabong I'd rather cancel the order hereafter when i see that it's been dispatched through xpressbees, the worst courier service ever. i do not understand y r ecommerce websites still using them inspite of so many complaints against this shabby courier service. I have not received the courier of Above tracking id[protected]. While tracking it in online, it is is showing as delivered. Please confirm me the status.

There is absolutely no response from them except they are playing with my shipment from 1 hub to the other & deliberately & falsely mentioning misrouted. It is out for delivery at 9:30 at night next day again out for delivery at 5.17 pm & misrouted at 5.18. The person incharge of blr/sth which is the correct hub for pincode 560103 is playing some sort of dirty games. He doesn't even pick the phone call from thr pune head office which is utterly crazy!! Jabong had sent 3 more couriers through Xpressbees after this one & they r delivered without any issues but there is an issue in delivering this shipment in particular, why so??? & now at 2 am it shows in transit from blr/sth which means again they are playing here there with my shipment. Go shove it now!! I've cancelled the order on Jabong & hereafter whenever I see the courier sent through Xpressbees i will cancel it
Agree with Shikha bhaktiyani. This is a very bad service. My item has been misrouted too. It was meant to be delivered to yesterday. Even today there is no response from them. I'm leaving on my trek tomorrow without a backpack. What a disaster logistics company.
