I am registering a complaint specific to Goa branch-Ponda.
This is the second time this courier facility was assigned to me for delivery
MALIK MULLA and team is a bunch of crooks. And don't know how to manage customer, they do not deliver orders and give fake reasons THAT I WAS AVAILABLE FOR THE DELIVERY.
Parcel was received in this facility on Saturday morning, They faked the whole scenario of coming to delivering and kept a reattempt on Monday. Which was again the same.
The numbers provided by the XpressBee are not the Agents who deliver at all.
They redirect or keep phone, and leads in a dead-end.
The whole delivery customer care is worthless with the email/phone. To solve the issue.

I have only one question, Why do you guys provide licensed and authority to careless people.
All this is a Tarnish in your name.
Anywhich ways you customer care is useless.
Shut the company if you cannot do what you claim.
