Xpressbees Logistics — Order not Delivered AWB:[protected]

AWB:[protected] is not yet delivered and I have spoken multiple times to the customer care. Delivery is not being attempted but they update the status like customer unavailability. I am present at the address 24/7 and there has been no trace that the delivery executive came to deliver. They did not reach me over phone as well. There has been no action taken to deliver my order other rescheduling it multiple times. Are you taking your customers very lightly and keep repeating such things..I don't get what level of service that you provide these days. To note, I am receiving couriers through other delivery services. This is a serious issue, better if someone could help.
