Fake delivery updates

I had an order from nykaa, which was supposed to be delivered on 14th nov through this useless courier service but still, i haven't received my parcel nor any calls from the delivery agents. Such useless they are..! Without calling how could they update that the client is unavailable and so that the delivery attempt is failed? How could it be possible that two working numbers are not working? My numbers are not working only for them???...

        Order not Delivered AWB:151951982942178

        AWB:[protected] is not yet delivered and I have spoken multiple times to the customer care. Delivery is not being attempted but they update the status like customer unavailability. I am present at the address 24/7 and there has been no trace that the delivery executive came to deliver. They did not reach me over phone as well.         I have ordered some products for my Dental clinic in Dentalkart app on 19/10/23 (to address ponduru 532168)
        The shipment was received br xpressbees logistics
        Shipment was received at my nearest hub on 31/10/23, but neither the delivery boy has called me nor I have received any message from xpressbees that I have received the parcel
        Without any information they have returned my order to the base(dentalkart)
        Already the shipment is delayed by 4-5days on top of that now it's returned
        I haven't received any official message or call till now
        This is pathetic
        When u can't deliver a product to some location then why would you take up an order?
        And this was 2nd time I am facing same issue with xpressbees logistics
        Pathetic service by them
        I have lost my time and my valuable patients who couldn't get treated on time due to these logistics people

          Address: Plot No 35, 2nd floor, Evergreen Industrial Estate, Satya Darshan Colony, Gundavali, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400053

          Yesterday courier boy went to wrong address and updated that we are unable at address. Today also I have received the same update that we are not available that address.

          Since two days I m available at my delivery address. Even after registering complaint to XpressBees there is no action taken and courier boy have done the same thing today.

          Its an gift for my nephew and it is already delayed due to your courier boy inefficiency to visit the correct address and deliver.

          I had called yesterday the courier boy on [protected] and told him that he went to wrong address but he is not bother and same thing is repeatedly done today. The courier person is also very rude and not regret on the mistake made by him.

          This is pure harassment and trying to cheat the customer.

              My order was placed on 21st October from my seller and it was handed over to the courier partner on 23rd as shown in the photo.

              The shipment is stuck on the same location for the past 5 days and there has been no updates. Customer care is useless, as they are very slow in email reply and phone number doesnt work as after I put my Shipment no. it says "no input received"

              I want my shipment to be delivered as soon as possible. It is urgent.

                Shipment out for delivery since past 3 days

                I want to know the current status of shipment id [protected].
                It has been out for delivery since 28th October 11 am
                but is still undelivered.
                kindly update as soon as possible
                this product was supposed to be delivered by 26th oct
                website says consumer wants further delivery but consumer says no-one has attempted to contact them....

                The product was picked up from Nelamangala on October 18 2023 and now its been 13days and I haven’t received the product. It barely takes 2days for any courier company to deliver within the city and Xpressbees is faking the process by just halting the package at BLR/FC1. Worst customer support with Automated email templates and Mentioning 48hours on calls.

                  I have placed an order 22 October with one day delivery speed at Amazon and even after 3 out of delivery updates i haven't received it yet and they are updating falsely as I'm expecting future delivery and I'm not available to receive it like that etc while they haven't even tried to deliver it.
                  I see so many people faced this issue. Now they have refunded the amount I've paid after 7 days. I've wasted so much time contacting customer service.Xpressbees is doing some serious fraud activities by giving false updates like I'm the one not accepting the order while the delivery agent don't even tried to deliver me.

                      Fraud company, Weight Reconciliation issue

                      My product weights 50grams and they are charging me in the slab of 1000gm, when they raised an issue for it, I added pictures to show yet they deducted freight charges for 1000gm. So now i almost paid 500+ extra rupees and those pathetic fraudsters have no proof that my products weight 1000gm.

                      Waiting for delivery. No status update for last 10 days

                      My order is not delivered but it is showing delivered.
                      Fake delivery.

                        This shipment has been in transit since 11th October 2023 and could not get delivered even after 9 days. Is this your service SLA, a parcel taking 9 days still not delivered? I, as a customer, have been chasing pillar to post on the status of this parcel but you as a service provider have not shown any responsibility in this case. When I spoke with your customer care executive, I was told that the parcel would be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. When I called customer care today, I got the same response again.

                        Asking the same question again, is this expected from your service? While enquiring about this parcel, I was told that the parcel was returned back to Kolkata because of an issue with the wrong queueing due to the large parcel volume. The question here is that you are not capable of handling volume beyond a point. In this case, I (Meaning everyone) should now avoid using your service as you are incapable of handling volume.

                        The parcel had dress material for the family along with kids for the Durga Puja, which now getting ruined because of your incapability. An apology from your customer care executive is not enough for the kind of psychological impact your incapability has posed. I have been asking for a timeline for the last 3 days which I haven't got so far. Today is the last day when I can expect to make use of the dress material coming through the parcel. This shows your incapability and ineffectiveness of your service.

                          Non-Delivery of order using falsities

                          Order not delivered on two consecutive days with the reason -“consignee not available”. An entirely untruthful statement. After endless hours of follow up without any success, I am at my tether’s end. Please help.

                          I placed an order on Friday : 13/11/23.
                          I informed the shiprocket team that this courier is urgent and after 100+ calls, pickup was done on 5pm on 16/11/23.
                          The previous agent contacted me on 15/11/23 and asked address and denied to pickup there after.
                          Pickup was done on 5pm on 16/11/23.
                          It is 18/11/23, it still shows it is at Hyderabad.
                          Very poor service even after mentioning that it is a very urgent courier.
                          ETA was 18/11/23, then they mad it 19/11/23, then they now made it 21/11/23.
