Xpressbees Logistics — Parcel not delivered even after 20 days

I had booked a courier via porter app from xpressbees from kolkata to mumbai on 14th april and the estimated delivery date was on 19th april but today when i am registering the complain is 4th may, it has been 20 days that i haven’t received my parcel.. They are not even updating the tracking the last they updated was on 26th april which mentioned that its in mumbai.. From 21st to till date its in mumbai but not delivered.. I have connected with porter multiple times but they are just assuring that it eill get delivered without proper information about when…i tried to connect with xpressbees customer support team but whenever i am entering my awb no. There it saying that its invalid …i also mailed xpressbees and they replied saying that due to unforeseen network issue the parcel has not reached the service centre near my location and they will try to deliver it as soon as possible without mentioning the date and location of my parcel and it has been 2 days since this reply came but nothing happened post this… the parcel carries some expensive clothes meant for eid but it has not reached till now…i am really very afraid that whether i will get my parcel delivered or not …i am not getting any kind of information regarding the status of my parcel and so on …. No one is taking the responsibility properly and redressing my issue …at last i reached this platform to vent out my grievance.. This is my last hope to get my parcel deliverd…please help me regarding this issue.. I have attached the screenshot of the mail that i received and the tracking id..
