Xpressbees Logistics — Payment not refunded on parcel delivered inadvertently

Dear Team,

Xpressbees representative (i.e, Sanjay Kothari) had wrongly delivered shipment with AWB no.[protected] at my residential address on 27 June 2022. A sum of INR 1, 992 was paid to him through Google pay. His mobile number is [protected]. Subsequently it was realised that the shipment belongs to Krupali Burute and we informed the xpressbees representative about it. He collected the parcel on the same day and assured that we would receive the refund within 2-3 working days. It's been more than 10 days now that we haven't received the refund. We are trying to get in touch with xpressbees representative but he isn't answering our call.

Request you to release the refund as soon as possible. We look forward for your cooperation and support.
