Dear sir, This is fifth time an employee of expressbees has scanned the package by himself and give it a future delivery time and order get back RTO without contacting me or calling me or come to give my order, my delivery address is in reach of express Bess for sure bcoz its the express bees branch office as my work address There are the messages witch came to me without even a no. To contact by KISHAN, Xpressbees has held Delivery of your PayTM order AWB:[protected], As you requested for future delivery, Will Reattempt in the next 24-48Hrs. my order is delayed for more than 12 days but it is still not delivered.now its showing rto without reaching me. they didn't evng call me or didn't get any update about my order.

The aren't albe to hlep.the worst costomer care'service I have ever received time an employee of expressbees.I think one of the delivery partner has scanned the package by himself and give it a future delivery time and order get back RTO without contacting me or calling me or come to give my order, my delivery address is in reach of express Bess for sure bcoz its the express bees branch office as my work address I am attaching the delivery boy's no here(he never responded I have tried several times) with the image

My product delivery was expected to deliver on 14th jun. But Xpressbees employees had lost my product and now it is showing RTO status without updating me any information. Earlier it was showing out for delivery with new sms everyday. Worst service by xpressbees. They are fraud..My product was lost by them.
What is this?Common we the people are paying taxes and for the product to get delivered, now its RTO without the customer concent.This must be Urgent resolved.This is the last time am using this [censored]pressbee fak.
My order which was supposed to be delivered on 12th of December has not been delivered yet. It showed 'out for delivery' on 15th and then on 17th but no delivery took place. There was no email or call or message regarding this. I had to get updates by using the site everyday. Now it shows RTO initiated. Very bad service.
Pathetic services, Same thing happened with him, they internally marked status as 'Customer not available' twice without delivery attempt and I did call to delivery executive they told me we are on holiday's and third attempt it marked as RTO. After so many follow up not getting satisfactory answer's from them.
I would say never go with their services. this is my second bad experience first time they lost my packet.
I am following up from more than one months but they are neither responding nor having any escalation matrix.
