My name is jai kishan jaiswal. I am a software engineer having an experience of 4 years. Due to low pay scale i was desperately trying to get job in abroad. One day i have searched in internet and i have got yaxis abroad job consultant. When i went there i met a lady mrs nusrat zaman she was my counselor in y-axis kolkata branch. She told me that if i will be be able to spend 90000inr then i can get job in hongkong. She explained me all the process for hongkong visa. I was 100 % sure that i can clear all process except funding of 7 lakhs in my account. She told me that she will manage an agent who will lend me 7 lakhs in interest. She gave me hope that if i will be able to manage 45000 then i will be able to get job in abroad. After giving money they forward my case in another department. I sent my documents and gave ielts exam for only abroad job. After few months they asked me for 7 lakh funding amount but i was not able to manage so i asked nusrat mam to manage 7 lakh through any agents. She have also tried a lot but she couldn't able to manage. I chased them for around 2 and a half year. She was like my mom but she did nothing. I trusted her but she was continuously finding reason to get rid of me.

Then she asked me to convert this service into another service from hongkong job to singapore or saudi arabia job. I told her i am not interested for middle east i will go for singapore. I asked her several time that is it confirm that i will get job, she said "yes, many peoples get job through yaxis. Now y-axis coordinators collected my information made a cv and posted it in few job portals in singapore. I didn't get any positive response or interview schedule. Now she is saying we did our job what to do if you are not getting any job? I am feeling helpless they took 45000 inr and did few mails without any effective output. I have a loss of 45000 inr + 9000 inr for ielts + 3000 inr phone call + 3 years of time and output is absolutely zero. Please suggest me what to do. If i will do any case i need to leave job and run after them. Everyday my family are asking me when i will go abroad and i am speechless. I trusted a 45 years old lady and she did fraud to me. When they can't understand the requirement of people why they take money for their incentive, commission and salary.

I need a job in abroad or refund as soon as possible.

Today, Nusrat mam fixed a meeting with Kolkata Branch Mananger. I have discussed my issues and he was listened to me and asked me to email all to Nusrat Mam. He is a gentleman and very polite in nature. He understood my problem and consoled me that he will find a way.
I believed on her so I have signed all documents. I was seeking for an abroad job and she knew my requirement. I was not interested for any kind of service. She told me that you will get job in abroad so I did whatever she told me. Even she assured that she can arrange fund for me. Please stop giving fake hope when it is not in your hand. You guys have lost nothing and I have lost around 55K and two and half year of time. Please try to think how people manage this amount of money to fulfill their dream. After spending lots of money and time I don't have any positive result. Keep aside your policies and clause just think a bit about your customer. Your business will run because of customer not for policies. I need a positive result not an explanation. I have paid I need something in return.
How could you say that "It is you who could not provide the funds statement on time.". At the time of registration I made this clear that I won't be able to manage this fund. Nusrat mam assured me that she will help me.
How ridiculous is this? At the time of taking money you guys were so sweet and buttery. Now you don't have time to reply me. I need a result how long should I wait? Please give me a conclusion don't stretch this matter so long.

This is an official response from Y-Axis Client Relationship Department.

We understand that you are not satisfied with the service rendered by Y-Axis and as a result you have raised your concern in this forum.

As per our records, you had entered into a Service Level Agreement with us on 15/2/2013 towards HK-Hongkong-Full Service. Upon review of your case, I can see that we have met the deliverables promised like issuing check list, assisting on the sample documents etc., and were looking forward to collate and produce those to the assessing authority for a successful outcome. It is you who could not provide the funds statement on time. As per your request our Immigration Consultant had tried to help you in acquiring the funds required to be shown in the bank statement as per the requirement of the embassy. I would like to make it clear that it is not a deliverable of Y Axis and Nusrat, your Immigration Consultant had tried to help you out of GOODWILL, solely as a Customer Service Gesture. The agreement which was explained, read and then signed by you clearly states that there is no such clause mentioned that we are liable to help you in that regard. Also, please be informed that all our clientele are being served from Y Axis National Processing Centre located in Hyderabad and it is mentioned in the agreement under "1. SUPPLY OF SERVICE".

Our record also says that you have withdrawn / opted out of Honkong QMAS Visa services and were looking for conversion options to other countries as you were looking for a job overseas. We obliged and agreed to convert the consultation fee to couple of services : JAS-Smart Applicant Service (SAS) Any 1 City for Singapore and JAS-Y-Slide Share; considering your case as an exception, even though there was absolutely no lapse from our end.

Upon review of your case, I understand that your Resume Marketing Service for Singapore has been completed and account details have been handed over to you for your reference. Further, I understand that you have raised a concern towards Resume Marketing Service deliverable due to lack of response/ interview from the employers.

In regard to the same context, I would like to clarify that our Resume Marketing Service is not similar as placement abroad assurance, though we have a dedicated staffing team in place and as default, if there’s any suitable opening for any of our clients, we forward their resume to the team for consideration. During the Resume Marketing Service our consultant would forward your resume to the essential employer database (for the selected country) and also apply to open jobs (online) which would be posted by employers on popular job portals so that your resume is kept in their database and the employers will revert as and when there is an opportunity available with them. Kindly keep a track on the account and revert to the email alerts received from the employers.

Please be informed that Y-Axis does not provide any commitment on certain number of leads or assured interview calls. Resume marketing response is totally at the discretion of employers and available requirement during that point of time. Our resume marketing deliverables were clearly explained by our Counselor at the initial counseling stage and upon signup you have signed a legal agreement which also narrates the resume marketing service deliverable, duration of resume marketing, refund scope and many other important clauses. However, we do always give honest try to extend our services so that our clients can be happy.

Hi Sir,

I know all these thing but My question is that when I asked her that if I won't be able to manage fund then what will happen? She told me she will manage for me and I have recording voice call of that. I am quiet busy in my work so I am not visiting office but I will take some legal action against this. How could you take money from your customer for just few calls, email and CV design. I need a abroad job but its been three years. I have wasted 3 years of time. When you guys are not sure don't give hope at-least. The amount which I gave you 45000 INR you don't know how my family manage it for me. I don't have any output against input. I trusted your company and consultant but I get fake hope and flowery word in return. Even when you guys asked me for refund I said I need an abroad job so my service transferred from hongkong to singapore. Again I waited for few months more. You guys just posted my CV in several job portal and designed my CV but still question arise when I will get a job. Even I didn't get a phone call for interview. I paid 45k just for these things. Please put yourself in my situation and feel what I am giving client in return of fees. I have lots of pressure from family I can't take break and visit your office all the time. I hope that will be enough. I need a job in abroad or refund that's it.

I don't think that you guys will be able to provide any abroad job without funds so better refund me and close this topic.
