We would like to submit here that, I came to know the above said company. I would like to submit here that I was interested in making and application for the immigration to Canada.

I would like to submit here that I made google search for the sale. I would like to submit here that I came to understand that the above said company was dealing in the immigration process and I contact the sale directly.

I came in contact with the above said people who are the marketing person (B. Chaitanya Kumar, Senior Consultant) the company and I contacted him.

I have been informed by the said person that I need to send my qualification papers and as well as the fee processing for the sale.

I would like to submit here that, as per the instructions and guidance of the said person. I transferred online and amount of INR 1, 18, 000 to the company account on the same day of 14/11/2019.

I would like to submit here that, those I am submitted papers and said money that didn’t process anything from them.

I would like to submit here that, I came to understand that they are not genuinely processing the same and using the delay tactics.

I would like to submit here that after I came to know they are playing fraud and I am requested them to return and refund my money.

I have been regularly calling them and asking the refund of my money and as on date I didn’t received my money and they are not interested to refund my money and on the other side they are treating me dire consequences.

I dire for request you to register the crime against the company and its representatives as have been cheated and they played fraud on me.

I dire for request you to kindly investigate in to this matter and take action against them.

I am also enclosing the copies of the invoice and payment transactions and the other communications.

Updated by Madhuy.21 Complaint Delayed due to Y Axis harassment:

I approached the local police station to file an FIR against Y-Axis Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for fraud and cheating.

However, the officers at the station refused to register my complaint and have been harassing me instead of providing the required legal assistance. This refusal by the police officers not only violates my rights but also hinders the pursuit of justice.

Request for Action:

I respectfully request that you register my complaint against Y-Axis Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and initiate an investigation into their fraudulent practices.

I request intervention to ensure that the local police station files the FIR and ceases any harassment towards me.

I seek a refund of my money and compensation for the distress caused by Y-Axis’s deceptive actions.
