I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Y-Axis, specifically regarding my application for a job in Luxembourg under the JAS- 500 Job Search Services - 12W - INR- NEW package.

On May 31, 2023, I paid a fee of Rs. 54, 000 after being assured by your sales representative, Samuel, that there were ample job opportunities available in Luxembourg. I explicitly stated my desire to relocate to Luxembourg, and he confirmed that my preference would be accommodated.

Despite this clear understanding, the services provided by Y-Axis have been grossly inadequate. The only deliverables received until July 22nd were a subpar resume, cover letter, and a strategy report. Promised weekly calls and progress updates were never fulfilled.

On July 21st, after repeated requests for updates and a refund, consultant Joslin promised to expedite the job search process and provide weekly reports. However, on August 1st, I was informed that there were limited opportunities in Luxembourg and that I should consider other countries. This directly contradicts the information provided by Samuel and represents a clear breach of the agreed-upon services.

The lack of transparency, delayed actions, and contradictory information from Y-Axis have caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I feel misled and deceived by your company's conduct.

Given the complete failure of Y-Axis to deliver on its promises, I formally request a full refund of Rs. 54, 000. I consider this to be a direct consequence of Y-Axis's misrepresentation and breach of contract. I have sent numerous emails but no body is responding. Joslin, Samuel and even Madhulatha has stopped responding. Madhulatha called me once and I was at work and I asked her to call back at 6pm on August 1st however she never called back .
