We made the payment(attached) to your organisation and got my report stating that I am eligible to apply for Canada PR thereby stating the minimum eligibility criteria of 67 points without disclosing the fact that the 67 points are just the bare minimum points required by every individual who so ever wants to apply for Canada PR instead of letting us know the full information.

My money (receipt attached) as finally deposited due to high pressure from Mr Dhandu Sai Kumar that you people have taken special approval for discounted price and if I delayed it any further, I will be required to pay revised higher fees. After deposited, Dhandu Sai Kumar disappeared like a thin air.

Also, Ma'am Anuradha, you assured that by the time I will be through with my IELTS some points will add up to my experience thereby hitting the required total (without disclosing the fact that it doesn’t make any difference how much experience one carries, the bare minimum requirement is just 3 years and points remain same for 3 years and above experience). But i have an experience of 2 years maximum.

I got my advice and knowledge through online and not from you. You just keep telling me to put my case on hold or process.

Finally, there was no requirement of technical assistance since every educated citizen of India can qualify for 67 points. So it was just a trick to earn and show fake professionalism when even you were aware of this thumb rule that anyone calculate points online with the help of google. Apart from that the technical assessment does not carry the appropriate knowledge and clear route of making my application success like (IELTS actual requirement, and reason is to lossing client till result).

Since I have faced high level of frustration and harrashment in dealing with you, I request you to do not force me to use my knowledge and practice with your organisation and help me with refund of my entire amount together with interest from the time it was deposited with your organisation without any further delay. And don't force me to take IELTS class again free of cost or proceed with my application. Today my concern is only my challenges and my refund, don't force me to make it social.

I neveeeerr agreed to go further with Student Visa process and i just ask Anuradha for different study options. The mail she sent me also included.
