Sir/mam,
As per the conversation i, lakshya tomar have enrolled for the process to study in germany. I had words several time with your colleague (Ritu kumari) y-axis new delhi branch (Connaught place) regarding the process to study in germany they told me to do two things which is the only mandatory for enroll in the germany college as are ; need c1 or c2 language of germany and ielts band 6.5 these are the two thing required for enroll. We want to enroll in the public funding university where the tuition fees is free as per the german government rule and the other way we already know how, to get the admission in private college that we cant afford because there is more funding so, your colleague guide us wrong and all other option which i, have in india are already closed due to your wrong guidance i, have lost my one year as, we know time is the money and stand for value but now i, do not have any other way to do my further study anywhere in country or abroad. My request from you is that please refund my whole amount which i, have submitted to y axis. The amount i, have paid to y axis is 37, 612 rs on 17 may 2018. I am calling her (Ritu kumari) from last 1 month but she is not picking my phone, she is ignoring my phone and she misguided me for germany education process. Kindly provide it as soon as possible so that i, can pay it to institute where i, can take my tuition for next year college attempt. See if you can not refund my money which i have paid you then i have to go ahead and file a rti, mail to education minister and prime minister office as well. Looking forward to hear from you soon.

Yes I spoke to Miss Swati, she is Assistant Manager of Y-Axis branch and she is ready to pay me back my whole amount which I have paid them. This consumer complaint really helped me. Thank you so much for that and Thank you so much Miss Swati.
