[Resolved] Y-Axis Overseas Careers — Not refunding my Amount and not responding to my calls

Dear CRO,

Chaitanya TVKP from Y-axis has approached me by calls and emails for Canada Immigration Process. After the initial discussion with him, he has explained the immigration process and time duration for canada. He convinced me to the amount of RS 87519/- which includes 18% GST and payment processing fee. After few days they assigned another person to process my application. I have not taken my IELTS test and they didn't even started processing my application. Due to the financial issues in the family I withdrew the process of migrating to Canada. I requested for refund of my amount. Initially Chaitanya responded positively over the phone that you will get your refund and asked me to send the mail requesting for a refund. I have sent multiple emails form the past 6 months and they didn't even initiate the refund and now they are saying that they will not refund my amount. I have been trying to reach them over phone and through email and also visited in person to their Somajiguda branch for refund. They are not even understanding my financial problems not processing my refund. I have gone through a lot of mental trauma from the past 6 months months.

Kindly requesting you to refund my full amount of RS 87519. And also the additional charges of Annual Interest for my amount and also for the mental trauma for the last 6 months.

This to confirm that Y-Axis CRO team has responded positively to refund only 60, 000/- Rs out of my total paid amount of 87, 519/- Rs. Mohammed Ali and Rafay from CRO team at Y-axis are really great at understanding our current financial situation. But they are going to refund me only RS 60, 000/- INR. I am not satisfied with their decision. They haven't started the Canada migration process because I have not appeared for the IELTS and still they are charging 27, 519/- Rs as the processing charges.

I am trying to negotiate with them for the final refund amount of Rs 75000/- INR. I hope Mohammed Ali and Rafay will agree to my decision. After receiving my amount, I will mark this as closed.
