[Resolved]  Y-Axis Overseas Careers — poor service and no service after taking the money

Hi,

I made a payment to y - axis overseas consultant for an amount of approx 80, 000 inr but not getting enough service now they are saying as per the agreement we will not refund you a single penny.

The fact is before i pay the money they use to keep calling me and influenced me about great service. After the payment the attitude has changed, nobody picks my call nor any call back or reply to me.in spite of assigning a process consultant i feel i left alone, nobody there to clarify or suggest. Finally recent call from them saying we cannot do anything nor i get any refund.. With a very bad attitude tone... I got to experience.

They made me sign an agreement now they are showing as per your signed agreement your not going to get any refund, we have this proof and you cannot do anything. I signed the agreement purely because of advertisement that influenced me. However, i realised it very late that its completely misleading.

Please do something about it, they are highly misleading the people.

Appreciate any action atleast to make public aware and make them cautious and not to get influenced by there false advertisement.
