I have made a lot of complaints to y-axis and I have escalated the issues to so many staffs over there. None of them will try to resolve it in an appropriate way. They will just give some eye wash kind of reply in mail and will say that they will take care and close the ticket, but nothing really will happen. Even now I made this complaint on 12th April, immediately Ms. Navaneetha from Y-axis informed me that resume marketing service will be initiated. Ms. Shaila Saxena from Y-axis called and asked me to remove this complaint from this forum as the service has been initiated. I did not remove because I just would like to know how it goes as I can never believe these people from the kind of service they deliver right after the payment has been made. As expected, nothing has happened so far regarding the same except the first phone call made by job search expert Ms. Sudha Vardhanappu from Y-axis. She has never returned my call nor replied to my emails in these 25 days. I don't know what kind of expertise does she hold, all I can see is unprofessionalism.
Dear Y-axis team, kindly let me know why did I pay INR 90000 in the month November 2022. Is it only for creating an express entry profile? I couldn't feel any kind of expertise from both Ms. Navaneetha and Ms. Sudha. I seriously don't understand why do you have these many staffs when nothing is really happening at your place. Did I pay my hard earned money to just call and mail your staff and wait for their reply?
