Y-Axis Overseas Careers — scammed in the name of job assistance

For the past two years i had been promised job assistance and pr by various staffs of y-axis however this january i am told that they were only engaged for pr application hence no job assistance or pr assistance can be provided. The only help with the application process which is absolutely free if one does that from cic website. While signing up i was asked to pay for one state job search along with pr. I was given assurance of the job plus they applauded about my experience, english proficiency and education. I paid for everything or processes they initiated just to let me know that i do not even qualify for pr. After spending more than 1 lakh rupees and lingering for two years they said i don't stand a chance for pr or job. I am told to pay more money to renew the contract with y-axis. I kept writing to various people at y-axis just to hear that they can't help. They only needed money to run their scam for a service which is absolutely free for all pr applicants.
