[Resolved] Yaantra — changed phone battery and not repairing in warranty time | |||
Very bad experience, Giving 1 start as 0 not available, 2 weeks before i had given redmi note 4 for display issue, yaantra repaired my phone with 2600 of costing and returned me after a week. But after receiving my phone battery started to drain with in 1 hour. I have to charge my battery for almost 5 times a day. Even my battery is at 70% but still it get switched off. I think they had replaced my original battery with old duplicate battery. I tried calling them back to take my mobile back and get it repaired as it has 1 month of warranty but still no one had came to pick my phone. I call them everyday but still no progress. They say that today executive will come and pick your phone but i am waiting from last 1 week but no one had came nor they have called me. 1 month warrant is ending soon but still this guys are least bothered, if my phone is not repaired i will take a case in consumer court.
