Yaantra — damaged my phone completely | |||||
I have given my Samsung On Max for repair some battery issue. There company guarantee a resolution in 3 days of picking up the phone, however 1st time it took 7 days to get to resolution that too vague, they called and said that there is issue in battery, so we will recommend you to replace the battery. I thought may be this will be issue and agreed to get the same replaced. They delivered the phone very next day, I kept that phone on charging for the whole day then it get charged around 20%.(Earlier charging was fine, issue was with battery draining, it was getting fully charged in 2.5 Hrs). Even that 20% was drained within 15 minutes. I called there customer centre again, to tell them the problem I am facing. They re-arranged for a pick up to recheck. However that was also promised with 3-4 days, it took them 9 days to call even after regular follow up. Yesterday I got a call that " Sir, we are not able to fix this mobile you have get your motherboard changed " I was like how irresponsible can be a company ? Are there engineers/technicians so much incapable that they are not able to identify this issue in the first time ? Or are they selling or using the correct parts by making fool of customer ? Instead of repairing they made it worse by damaging the motherboard too. I asked for the compensation for the same. And now what they are giving back in compensation is "NOTHING". Finally I received my phone and now what I see is that they there is a internal damage on the display too, also they have not assembled the phone properly.
