[Resolved] Yaantra — Delivery | |
As I have issues with laptop I had given it for repair which was picked up on 7th of April and as of today 30th April I haven't got my laptop. As due to covid 19 lockdown I am in my home town and I contacted yaantra almost 9-10 times by call and 5-6 times by mail as the return response I got was the email stated that delivery team will contact you at the time of delivery but no one contacted me so please I request to you file a complaint stating the interaction of the company and wasting my precious time.

Verified Support May 03, 2021 Yaantra Customer Care's response We have dispatched the customer's device at his registered address but customer himself requested to dispatch phone at other address, We have already shared timeline as device will reach to office first then re-dispatch to other address
