[Resolved] Yaantra — fake claims for mobile repair | |||||
Yaantra is highly not recommended for mobile repair jobs. This happens to be a team of very irresponsible and unprofessional people. My device was picked up for repair is not yet delivered in spite of constant follow ups from me. It's been 8 days now, whereas they claim 3 days for pickup-repair-delivery. Their support centre executives lie every time and don't give correct update. I advice not to fall for good reviews posted for yaantra on search engines like google or any social media platform, as i have been a victim of the same.
