I had bought a lenovo z2 plus from your site but it came with a fault in its front camera and so i sent it to your service centre but after one day it came to me the same problem has occurred. My order number is exyc62258. I had called through your toll-free no and they said replacement will get occurred, i need it to happen asap.
Your customer care executive gave me a new complaint id but it's lost could you provide it again to me.
