[Resolved] Yaantra — using duplicate mobile part almost in origin 6 price | |||||
Yantra is making fool to customer, yantra means loiters and cheaters... My one plus mobiles touch screen replaced saying that we use 100 percent genuine parts, due to not having much time to go one plus outlates, i called up yantra and its done at my home, in warranty period (Only 30 days) 4 times got problem with new duplicate screen placed by yantra cheaters, 2 times going to kirti nagar office 2 times at home by calling yantra roadchap engineers, but the problem remain same, after warranty period they told to pay for service charges and to leave mobile for 2 days, i was surprices for this and afraid also if i leave my mobile in yantra they could change my mobiles original parts in duplicate parts. Now after getting time almost after 3 months when i went to one plus store they declare that this is duplicate touch screen and to avoid problema in mobile i have to replace in original parts.
