Dear sir/mam, I had to leave for kolkata on 16th of april, 2016 on a urgent basis and i opened the yatra portal through mobile. Booked the ticket of Delhi (Del) kolkata (Ccu) Sat, apr 16 2016 | jet airways (9w - 7142) Depart: 20:25 arrive:22:35 Duration: 02h: 10m | 0 stop For two persons. Transacted through Sbi savings a/c 16-apr[protected]apr-2016) to transfer Inb yatra online private limi zi4yqffotgg96zruqwzs11160ig0bvepfg0 20, 130.00. Received a message on my registered mobile id : transaction ref no. Ig0bvepfg0 for rs. 20130 on 16-apr-16 17:00, from sbi. Rs. 20130 debited from my account. Ticket confirmation failed. The yatra representative called from no. [protected] saying as the booking has failed i can try again, when i reverted that from my savings account rs. 20130/- has been transacted, they said then in that case it will be reverted within 24 hours. I had also called on [protected]. There a representative states that the balance which has been cut from your account will reach there portal and then only will be reverted back.
