[Resolved] Yatra.com — refund issue need to clarify | |||||
Hey... I have created my new yatra a/c today i. E. On 05/08/2018 for railway booking. So 12:11 my booking was done for 3 passengers for kancahjunga express from guwahati to njp on 13 august but for some reason i had to cancel but before that when i paid the amount through my debit card within secons the money was deducted from my account rs 2070 but their was no confirmation mail or message that my booking is successfully confirmed. I cancelled my booking and i got a, message It was written that" refund and request for yatra booking reference no [protected] has been processed in 9 sec. Your refund transaction id for a refund of rs2070 is... After that at5:00p. M i tried to track my refund status but it was showing nothing i put myreference no. And email and clicked submit but nothing is happening. So i want to know will i get my refund?... If yes then when and how will i find it or there will be no refund and it will be a fraud case? If payment has been made by a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 48 working hours and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account. I am Sidharth Sridhar. While booking the train tickets from yatra.com, an amount of Rs. 106/- was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. The transaction reference number is INB/[protected]/YATRA ONLINE PVT LTD. Kindly issue the refund at the earliest.
