[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — deducted amount not refund yet

Booking id [ecom[protected] yatra online pvt ltd] was not successful and transaction was deducted of amt rs. 4623.99 on dated 28/05/2019. The deducted amount was still not received in week. Actually i was booking train tickets from ghaziabad to dehradoon from my debit card of punjab national bank.
Please solve and refund the amount of rps 4623.99

We apologize for the inconvenience you have gone through. We have checked the details, your booking is not confirmed however payment charged to us. Hence your complete amount of INR 4623.00 has been refunded back to your account from our end on 12th Aug2019.

Please note, Yatra takes only 24hrs to process the refund, Further, if the payment was made through Private sector bank then it will take 2-3 working days & if the payment was made through Public sector bank then it will take up to 7 working days to reflect the credit into your account.
