I have booked goair flight from patna to bangalore (G8-378) for sunday 22 march. Airline pnr-k5j5ns. Name : meena devi. I have tried so much to contact customer care but unable to reach customer care. I booked through yatra app. But during cancellation showing refund of 2209. But i have paid 6000 approx at booking time and as go air flight is cancelled i want complete refund as flight is cancelled by go air. I have cancelled flight from airline also. Airline initiated full refund. When i will get money back As airline initiated complete refund so i should get complete refund. Money got debited from my bank account but ticket was not booked.
I tried calling customer care and written a mail to customer support but none of them responded for this.
Please provide a solution for this issue and also for the refund.
