Sir, I have booked an air ticket through yatra website on 03.07.2019. When i booked 1st time rs.3401 /- was deducted from my account. But i din't receive a ticket the 1st time. Then i received a call from yatra call center that your ticket is not confirmed & he insisted me to book again & said that the failure booking amount will be refunded with in 2 to 3 days. On 03.07.2019 i sent my 1st mail regarding the refund complaint with screenshot of amount deducted from bank. I receive a mail from yatra team that the amount was not credited in our account. The reply from yatra is This is with reference to your email dated 3rd july 2019, regarding the payment deduction We would like to inform you that as per our records your payment has been auto reversed. The payment made from your account was not materialized. Therefore, there is no refund pending from our end. Please find below the details of the unsuccessful transaction. Verified Support Jul 04, 2019 Yatra Online / YatraTrip.in Customer Care's response Dear Jaidev, Greeting from Yatra.com! We regret the inconvenience you faced and we thank you for your patience. As per the transaction history booking was attempted on 3rd July 2019 as the status of the transaction was failed. Hence after checking with our respective team failed transaction was shared with you that amount got auto refunded. Please note if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
